Personel pomocny- pozwolił nam zakwaterować się przed czasem oraz bezpłatnie zostać chwilę dłużej w dniu wykwaterowania. Blisko przystanek autobusowy oraz miejsca, gdzie można spróbować lokalnej kuchni. Personel miał problem z komunikacją w języku angielskim, ale radzi sobie translatorami.
- Yan (10/5): 干净、舒适，性价比超群 - 酒店所在的楼，以及酒店本身的设施都非常新，房间虽然不算大，但拖着大行李完全够用；床软硬适中，睡的很舒服。房间打扫得很干净，周边环境很安静，视野也不错。从酒店到澳门半岛主要的景点不算近，但距离关闸在步行距离内，前往景点就在边上坐公交车也很方便。总之，这个条件、这个价格在澳门来说性价比很高。 餐厅稍微有点小，吃早餐略显拥挤，不过我觉得就餐秩序管理的不错，不会混乱。

- Christina (8/5): Excellent service by staff, great window view, comfortable and working hotel. - The staff were super friendly. Told them there was a smell in the room, immediately opened the window and brought out an air cleaner, which solved it. Smells. A weird smell when I came in, then a fishy smell from the fridge. My children’s room had smoke smell, even though guests are not allowed to smoke in the room. The hotel staff said he suspects a neighboring room was smoking.

- Jessica (9/5): Pleasant and clean hotel in northern Macau Island - Very helpful and pleasant staff that went above and beyond, extremely clean, restaurant affordable with nice food, check-in and check-out efficient, in close proximity to several bus stops. Do note that it is in a residential area far from the casinos, about 30 mins by bus (this did not bother us as we weren't there to gamble). No room service (not a big deal for us), rooms not totally soundproof -- you cannot hear other rooms but you can hear people at the lifts.

Hotel had everything you need and they included a free breakfast for us, which I didn’t expect but that was an amazing bonus! The location is super close to the bus stop. Maybe 200m walk. You need the bus to get to all the main areas but the transportation is so straightforward. Just check which bus (at the stop) to take for your drop off. Buses run so frequently. It seemed slightly out of the way for most activities. Not a lot of good eating spots nearby. Just basic things and a couple noodle spots.

The main bad thing is that my computer cannot connect to their wifi whereas my cell phone can and they don't know what's the reason too and told me to use my cell phone hot spot to connect to internet instead. I think one should be able to use wifi there as I was able to connect to wifi in another nearby hotel on a computer.

- Verified traveler (6/5): - An impressive premise where close to funeral parlour, have had a great experience in the park next to accommodation where flocked a dozen of elderly peoples for traditional Chines orchestras busking and chess games gathering. Served breakfast is an economic way for your empty stomach if you hurry hang out - just a quick bite. An interesting thing that you may dig deeper the location of fire doors and the lift shafts. Definitely good place to start your journey for Macau exploration
