The ambiance of the establishment, from the reception area to the hallways, presents a rather uninviting atmosphere. The color scheme and lighting choices appear to be aesthetically unpleasing and sinister. Furthermore, the room service amenities are notably lacking, as bathrobes and dental kits are not provided. The breakfast offering, despite its high cost, exhibits a limited selection. I strongly advise against making any advance payments or deposits, as I faced an instance where such funds were reportedly depleted due to fluctuating exchange rates by the time of checkout, even after full payment was rendered upon check-in.

The price you see on Booking.com is not the price you pay when you arrive. They do conversion to dollars first and I end up paying AED1000 more than advertised on Booking.com

The room service was exceptional, laundry services were prompt and well-handled, and the receptionist was friendly and professional. The food was also delicious and added to the overall positive experience. Despite a few hiccups, it was still a good stay, and I truly appreciated the great service and attention to detail.
