L'habitació molt correcte. Potser s'hauria de modificar l'anunci de les habitacions, doncs les fotos poden ser enganyoses. Jo havia llogat una habitació que incloïa cuina i menjador, com apartament, i un cop vaig arribar em varen dir que pel preu que pagava em tocava uba habitació simple.

• Laurence (5/5): - they were expecting me when I arrived I had also received communication in the days before I arrived It was very close to the conference centre I was visiting. There is air conditioning and a mosquito net. The bed was fairly comfortable. It was quiet and peaceful. It is very cheap. For the price it was fine. The power was regularly off, and they were unable to turn on the generator at times. There was normally no hot water so I had a cold shower most days My bathroom has a drainage issue and there was always a pool of water on the floor. The room didn't really match the description of what I has booked - I was expecting more facilities to use.

Information was concealed until the last moment. Secondly my room had a broken chair and I don't know why it was left there, Almost had an accident from it.

• Sean (10/5): Exceptional - I am very happy that I stayed here in my very short time in Burundi. The manager helped me throughout my stay and allowed me to see aspects of Burundi I would not have without him. A bit further from town but still walkable.

One of the days, the kitchen was locked through the night and I couldn´t fix a cup of coffee. They need to make the kitchen available all the time.

• Christopher (6/5): Not a bad place to stay in Bujumbura - Good air-conditioning, big room with a bed, armchair, table and fridge. Nothing else. For the price it is not a bad deal. Taxi into the Centre is BIF 10,000. The free airport shuttle is a Scam, I had to pay a taxi US$20 even after I was assured that I would be picked up. Strangely there just happened to be a taxi there that knew where I was going! The bathroom gets flooded when you have a shower. The first 2 days I had hot water, the second 2 days no hot water. Daily Power failures which means the air-conditioning goes off. Breakfast is an omelette, stale bread and fruit. You have to walk a kilometre to go to a supermarket or restaurant.

• Joel (3/5): Poor - My Bose Headphone has gone missing from the apartment. I have looked everywhere and I am sure that someone from the apartment has taken it. I have tried to contact the owner of the property, but they have informed me that they did not find the headphone.
• Yared (7/5): Good - Payment Method: Unfortunately, I was unable to use my card for payment as they lacked a point-of-sale (POS) machine. Consequently, we had to pay in cash, specifically in Dollars. Airport Shuttle: Although it was expected that the apartment would handle the transportation costs to the airport, there was an unexpected charge of 50,000 in local currency upon arrival at the airport. This fee was not pre-discussed, and the apartment manager, Mark, applied this charge to me which he did on purpose.

The property manager Mark is a lovely guy who will always try to help you. wifi works well. The location is not the best and you will probably need them to call you a taxi to go to the centre. Hot water was not always available.

It was a little bit noisy because of the working sites around it and orphanage next to it but everything was fine. The room was clean, staff were friendly, kind and helpful.
