• Gerard (8/5): - It is very central, and it was clean. The bed was comfortable. And the TV had a good selection of channels. I didn't have a bin in my room. Also there were no handrails in the shower or toilet, for older residents or residents with a disability this could be a serious omission.

• Rebecca (8/5): Great value stay in Dublin - Fab location and really well priced for Dublin. I needed to be in Dun Laoghaire so this was super handy for me. Also very quiet. I can see why some people said the bed is uncomfortable - personally I found it fine (quite hard though). Also probably best for solo travellers as the bathroom door is glass. And bring an eye mask if you don’t want to be woken up by the light coming in.

Le personnel est vraiment charmant et professionnel, les équipements sont complets, neufs et la décoration de bon goût. Il ne manque rien dans les appartements. Le roof top est joliment arboré et décoré. Je reviendrai c'est sûr, ma fille habitant Arklow. Rien à dire

• Ava (10/5): Very convenient - The terrace has a lovely view looking over Dun Laoghaire, the location is great and the dart and buses are easy accessible and are great to get around with. Maybe an earlier check in time.
• eric william (7/5): expensive , clean good location - convenience location cleanliness erratic and uncoordinated room cleaning On one occasion the cleaners move ? knocked my breathiong equipment and I needed the front desk person to help me extract it from the folded down sofa . He was apologetic but i have received no acknowledgemnt fron management No good considering the desk person had to use forccccce on my equipment top extract it which very easily could hev caused irrepeable damage. Access to the vaious apps to use the laundry and gym not user friendly to set up . On may occasions the front desk was not attended

• Laura (10/5): I loved my stay at Niche Living - I absolutely loved my stay at Niche and will definitely stay again. The room is very comfy and has a lot of storage, a nice size shower and private toilet. There is a couch that has a Murphy bed attached to it and it is surprisingly very comfortable and makes it very easy to get the bed out of the way during the day and have a couch to sit on. There is a small refrigerator and cooking area as well. All of the rooms are the same size and every floor has a community kitchen and living room area. The building also has laundry, a gym, a movie room, a game room and an amazing rooftop deck and front sitting room with coffee. The staff were incredibly nice and friendly. I liked everything about the property. I had zero issues.
• Mark (9/5): Excellent Space in Dun Laoghaire - The location is great - very near the train station and on a quiet street in the centre of Dun Laoghaire. The staff were friendly and helpful. As expected (I stayed in the 2 other Niche Living properties in Dublin), the room - self-contained studio - was extremely clean and well-equipped with everything you could need. There are also very big and modern common areas. Great shower and bathroom facilities. Good selection of channels on the TV. Check out is 12. Not being able to stay longer!

• Brian (10/5): Very nice studio apartment with everything in a fantastic location. - A good sized self-contained studio with very nice high ceilings and small kitchen along with great water pressure in the shower. Plenty of storage. Great to have a proper refridgerator. Only potential issue was the front revolving door was locked when I arrived and it took a bit of time to figure out how to get in. A message on the door said to enter from a side entrance (as it was after normal opening hours) but I could not find one. I eventually entered when a resident used their card to open a door next to the revolving door and I slipped in behind them.
