• Liliana (9/5): Dublin - good vibes, genuine pubs, positive energy - Amplasarea centrala, proximitatea fata de obiectivele turistice, zona comerciala si restaurante. Apartamentul este confortabil si foarte spatios. Am avut nevoie de adaptor pentru priza electrica, a fost neplacut pentru ca am preluat apartamentul in jurul orei 15, cand aproape nu mai aveam baterie la telefoane. Important de precizat ca accesul in apartament se efectueaza cu ajutorul aplicatiei cityapartments, deci un telefon fara baterie inseamna ca ai pierdut cheia. Nu recomand achizitionarea adaptoarelor de la grocery, pentru ca nu se potrivesc,

• Brian (10/5): On the whole a very good apartment for a City Break. - Great location - central for most of Dublin's attractions. Easy access to buses. Spacious accommodation. It was not a problem for us being fit seniors but the steep stairs to access the apartment could be a challenge for some. While the mezzanine second bedroom was very quaint the access was by a spiral stair case, interesting if you wanted to visit the downstairs bathroom during the night.

To enter the apartment took over an hour due to very confusing and poor directions to follow. 2. Floors upon entering were dirty (sticky) in places. We did our best to clean them — see towel picture. 4. Comforter had stains on it, residue from other guests. 3. Only 2 packets of coffee in the basket. 4. Hot water - very inconsistent and could not be relied on.

• Angela (8/5): Overall the accommodation was excellent and location was perfect - The apartment was spacious, well equipped and is in a fantastic location There was an access issue meaning we couldn’t get in until later than we hoped, but we were able to leave our bags in the office not to far from the apartment. Be warned there are 3 large flights of stairs to climb but if you drink enough Guinness you won’t notice. There was noise from the flat above - sounded like Michael Flatley was up there! The hot and cold taps too the shower are round the wrong way, we had a. Day of cold showers until we realised!

Locatie wel top alleen prijs kwaliteit verhouding niet goed wat mij betreft

• Elaine (8/5): Perfect location even though a little shabby - Fabulous location and the reasonable price for such a location is explained by the condition of the apartment. It didn't bother us as spotlessly clean and loved the balcony too. Met the lovely maintenance man (Namiday?) on our arrival who even assisted us up all those stairs. Loved how we all had digital key access by downloading the app. We would definitely stay again and would love to see a little bit of money invested in the floor and broken shower door. We were prepared for the 40 to 50 steps to get to the apartment so it wasn't a surprise. Shower door could so easily have been replaced. Floor in hallway needs to be replaced. Can be noisy early morning due to delivery trucks.

Die Wohnung ist für 6 Leute ausgelegt, aber der Tisch ist gerade mal groß genug für 4 Personen. Die Unterkunft Ansicht wirkt etwas vernachlässigt. Ich würde Unterkunft nicht weiterempfehlen. Auf Nachfrage habe ich erste die Info bekommen, dass ich eine App runterladen muss. Mit der App wurde ein elektronischer Schlüssel generiert. Leider war dies nur für ein Person möglich zu nutzen.

• Matthew (8/5): Everything you need in an excellent location! - Can't complain about the location, the layout, or the facilities within the property, definitely great value for money! A few rough edges in and around the apartment, but nothing that a lick of paint wouldn't sort!
• Vasyl (6/5): Gute Lage, keine Ruhe - Die Lage ist wirklich perfekt, direkt im Stadtzentrum, fast alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Es war sehr angenehm, direkt im Zentrum zu wohnen und für den Preis die Lage war wirklich wunderschön. In der Wohnung war zu laut, der Boxclub im unteren Geschoss war immer sehr laut, auch wegen der dünnen Wände haben wir immer andere Leute sehr gut gehört, einfach immer. Also Ihr solltet gut in Betracht ziehen, dass es in der Wohnung fast nie Ruhe gibt. Und außerdem war die Wohnung nicht so sauber und frisch wie auf den Bildern.

I would never recommend it has about 30+ stairs for you to access the property that we had to drag three suitcases up and down, there was mold and leaks in the building, holes in the ceiling, the heating would never work properly, the apartment was always cold apartment from two bedrooms the rest of the house was always cold. They also say you can drop your luggage off whilst waiting to access the apartment, pre warning this is a 22 minute walk from your apartment. They didn’t give us access to our apartment until 5pm which we had to call up customer service for them to get our key to work. The man we spoke to on the first day was so rude and unhelpful. I would never ever recommend this place especially for the price they charge

• Gabi (8/5): Empfehlenswert für alle, die gerne mittendrin und komfortabel wohnen möchten - Wir haben sehr zentral gewohnt und fühlten uns durch den online Zugang sehr wohl und sicher. Die Wohnung ist für sechs Personen sehr komfortabel und gut ausgestattet. Die Kopfkissen und Bettdecken sind von sehr guter Qualität, sehr sauber. Das Wohn -Esszimmer lud uns zum verweilen ein. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert. Liebenswertes lautes Möwen Geschrei ( die einen hören es gerne - die anderen nicht 🤗), normale fröhliche Temple Bar Lautstärke von den lachenden Heimkehrern in der Straße und nächtliche Müllentsorgung. Alles in allem eine tolle Atmosphäre und ein herrlicher Aufenthalt im Herzen des Temple Bar Viertels. Fällt mir nichts ein.

• lucie (6/5): Boules quies OBLIGATOIRES - L' emplacement est parfait , très facile pour se repérer , plusieurs cafés resto pub et monuments à voir . Il y a des stations transport en commun tout proches également. La literie est top , autant dans la chambre que le canapé lit Cuisine fonctionnelle petits sticks pour le petit dej (café et thé ), salle de bain avec de l eau bien chaude et serviettes super propre . Gel douche et savon à disposition Communication assez rapide avec le personnel via mail Énorme point négatif c'est le bruit. Impossible de se reposer . Et pour cet appartement l excuse d'être au centre d'une grande ville ça ne marche pas . La rue est assez calme , le bruit qu'on entend c'est le système de chaufferie qui est directement dans l appartement. Sans parler de la lumière de la terrasse qui ne s'éteint jamais . Les stores étant très très fatigués ils n'occultent plus . Il y a aussi la salle de boxe en dessous , 7h30 pétante musique à fond et punching ball à n en plus finir'. Il faudrait vraiment faire des petits travaux d'isolation au moins par le sol (bruit/froid) qui gagneraient en confort pour les voyageurs. Malheureusement pour nous les autres voisins étaient très bruyants et irrespectueux en rentrant de soirée , cris , rire et claquer les portes (le loueur n y peut rien sur le civisme des gens mais si l'appart était mieux isolé on n entendaient pas les aller et venues. Les murs sont fins comme du papier à cigarettes et c'est pas qu une image .) Pour la terrasse, portes fermées à clef sensation d enfermement pas très agréable. Soucis de wifi en arrivant mais resolu le lendemain. Le ménage pas terrible , trace de pipi sur la cuvette des toilettes, restes de chips à côté du canapé, poussières sur le fauteuil et au sol , la terrasse avec des canettes , papier toilette , vieux pots de peinture ....de manière générale on sent que l' appart est fatigué et l'entretien un peu négligé. c'est dommage car énorme potentiel . De plus , la multitude de photos sur le site porte à confusion avec le logement que l'on nous attribue.

• ANTONY (10/5): A wonderful location in a wonderful Town - The Location was one of the best in Dublin. Really central in the middle of a very festive area, with amenities close by, and everything within walking distance. The wifi was very poor and intermittent. Parking is prohibitively expensive. No on-site parking available.

Beaucoup de marches pour accéder à l’appartement !

• Martin (6/5): Great stay - with a caveat - The location is close to the hub of Dublin and great for those visiting the city. The place itself is massive with a living room and kitchen. Restroom was spacious, clean, and plenty of hot water. Our rooms were not initially ready for our stay, but the host was very accommodating in getting it quickly resolved and addressed ASAP. The communication was very difficult for an overseas traveler. I initially booked with a US phone number which cannot receive any text messages internationally, but this place uses another app which required a verification code. After getting that issue resolved, we would message them on Booking occasionally for questions, but they were not receiving it. In the end, I ended up having to call them to communicate rather than using the Booking app. It became a rather big nuisance.

• James (8/5): Great location, but you don’t want to be above the boxing gym! - The #1 apartment on Clarendon Street (Grafton St apartments) was in an amazing location and the facilities were perfect. It’s small, but everything you need is there. The staff over the phone were extremely helpful and friendly in helping us leave our bags in reception for a few hours after check out too. Unfortunately our stay was hugely affected by the noise from the boxing gym below. Music blasting as early as 7am so loud it sounded like it was in the living room. I’m guessing the punch bag is attached to the gym ceiling/the apartment floor too? The bang-bang-bang vibrates and it is literally impossible to sleep through it. It’s such a shame because apart from these rude awakenings everything else was perfect and there was no street noise at all.
• Caleb (6/5): Great location. Older unit, needs updating - The location is perfect, 10/10 They were kind enough to give us an extra hour to check out at no charge. Its a short walk to shopping, tons of restaurants and bars. Despite the few issues we had, I would probably stay there again just based on the location. We had to wait about 2 hours past our check-in time to access the property as the cleaners had not been there yet. It happens... There are a LOT of stairs so carrying luggage up 5 flights was kind of brutal after traveling all day. Additionally the stove top did not work, we notified the hosts and they said they would have maintenance come by but no one showed up, except some guy who just walked in unannounced to "check the fire alarm". I think he was surprised we were there because when I called out (was in the bedroom getting changed) he left immediately. The beds were noticeably old and uncomfortable.

• James (3/5): Brief! A very basic flat. Would be ok if I was on a stag do. - Its location was pretty much it. Very close to Grafton St and Powerscourt To start we were not sent the code for the keypad so we were looking for a door that didn’t have one. I called them to be told it was the door we were outside and they gave me the pin then. As others have mentioned the key using an app on the phone isn’t great. What if your phone battery goes afters day out?? We were in flat 2 and there was a noise off one off something in a cupboard we couldn’t access which made a very loud disturbing noise every 7-10 seconds day and night. We could only get 1 of the radiators working. As a result we checked out after one night of 3 and customer service to their credit were very apologetic and accommodating. They offered us alternative apartment but at another part of town so we declined for refund and booked a hotel.

• Steen (5/5): Vil ikke benytte mig af denne lejlighed en anden gang - Beliggenheden Der var kun 4 stole og vi var 6 personer - så det var svært at sidde sammen ved bordet Der var ikke håndklæder til alle personer Der manglende både rengøringsmidler, microbølgeovn og opvaskemaskine trods det stod i beskrivelsen af lejligheden. De fleste radiatorer virkede ikke - så svært at varme lejligheden op

• Meda-Lavinia Negrutiu (8/5): Locatie excelenta. In rest - putea fi mai bine! - Locație excelenta. Apartament confortabil, cu tot ce trebuie. Am asteptat 5 ore pe strada, până am putut intra în apartament. Deși am solicitat early check-in, contra cost, nu am putut intra în apartament decât după trei ore (după ora 18.00) de la ora normală de check-in, fără a primi vreo compensație reală! Chiuveta de la baie si scurgerea de la duș au fost înfundate, pline de păr. Geamurile nu izoleaza de zgomot si noaptea este foarte mult zgomot de pe strada, respectiv de la aprovizionarea hotelului de vis - a vis.

• Martijn (6/5): Leuke plek en centraal gelegen - De locatie ligt centraal in Dublin, binnen 5 min van Temple Bar en in de buurt van restaurants / pubs / historische plekken. Tevens is er een Lidl op 250 meter en nog wat kleine buurtsupers binnen 7 min lopen. Het appartement had twee badkamers / wc's. De slaapkamer op de bovenste verdieping had een groot balkon (jammer dat er weinig te zien was). De trappen naar het appartement waren stijl en was best zwaar lopen met een koffer twee trappen omhoog. Een van de kamers had een en-suite, maar we kregen het warm water in deze badkamer en in de keuken niet aan.

• The Clarke's (6/5): City break - Location Spiral staircase not in advertisement. Flat was damp particularly in the bathroom & bedrooms. Shower door broken & curtain provided was insufficient. Shower tray stained. Entrance staircase dirty. Towels very poor & too small.
