• Tracy (4/5): Nice location - Great location The stay was disappointing due to a significant issue with one of the rooms, which had a very unpleasant odor. When we reported the problem, we were informed that a room change was not possible because the hotel was fully booked. The manager acknowledged the inconvenience and promised a $300 refund as compensation; however, the refund was never processed. Unfortunately, the lack of follow-through on their commitment left us dissatisfied with the overall experience.

• Becky (7/5): - I stayed one night before my cruise. Conveniently located to port, good restaurants within walking distance. My room was located right next to the stairwell, and the door to it slammed every time someone went through, which was A LOT. Took me about three hours to figure out the wifi box was plugged into a power switched outlet, so no TV or internet until I did, oops.
• Joseph (4/5): - Arrived to room with a dirty toilet. Let the host know, but he couldn’t offer us any solutions. No housekeepers were on property and neither him nor maintenance would clean the toilet. We asked to be moved to another room and we were told it wasn’t possible. The host said he contacted the manager and that they would get back to us. It has been nearly a week and have yet to get a response. The hosts seemed nice, but were unable to take action regarding our issue. The room seemed nice otherwise with a good view, but will not be back due to poor management.

• Hiba (3/5): It’s not a reliable stay at all. - The property looks good as the pictures but I will never stay there again due to their service and lack of professionalism. They took 3 wrong transactions from my card without any explanation or reason. When I tried to speak to the front service desk the lady had no idea what she was doing and admitted it was her first day. I requested cleaning and got no response aside from them confirming it’s coming tomorrow.. never came. Debited transactions that I’m not sure will ever return to my card. Also I did not authorize. I still have no clarity on when my money is coming back.
• Enrique (10/5): The perfect place to stay in Miami – a beautiful concept in a fantastic location. - Not only is the property gorgeous, it truly exceeds expectations. Beautifully decorated, perfectly located, and with exceptionally kind and attentive staff. Check-in and check-out were very smooth, making the whole stay effortless. A wonderful experience from start to finish.

• Jeffrey (10/5): - I really enjoyed my two night stay at Flow Miami Hotel. This place is really more of a hybrid of a hotel and a short term apartment rental and my accommodation was a well furnished one bedroom apartment. While the kitchen and extra space was nice the facilities (pool, gym) and service was the real stand-out for me. I look forward to returning! Please note a couple of cons though: 1) there is a lot of loud construction in the area and 2) they really don't offer much in the way of Expedia VIP offerings (free cafe beverage) so if these things bother you take that into account. Overall, I highly recommend this place.

• David (8/5): - We had a great time at the hotel and were impressed with the well-maintained and spacious rooms. The mix of renters, vacationers, and pets on-site created a lively and diverse atmosphere, with everyone being friendly and welcoming. However, there was one issue that I would like to bring to your attention. Some previous tenants or vacationers had let their pets urinate in the common areas, which was unpleasant. Additionally, we noticed a smell in our room’s living room carpet, which was a result of pet urine. As pet owners, we understand the strong odor of pet urine and appreciate it when guests take responsibility for cleaning up after their pets. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future guests.

• REGINA (8/5): - It was very nice and we were placed in one of only two rooms on the 10th floor. The pool was right outside our door. I will say that the traffic, sirens, and even people walking and talking were easily heard. Other than that it was an excellent experience. Oh and there was NO TV in the living area or bedroom. My partner did not like that!
• Brett (4/5): - Overall the property is nice, but the HVAC didn’t allow you to change the temp for more than an hour making the room hot and there were no ceiling fans to assist with airflow, I was on a higher floor and still all I could hear at night were sirens from outside, the blinds don’t really block the sun from coming into the room, none of which is ideal

• yvette (8/5): - I gave a 4 star rating because of the following: 1. The condo wasn't ready when we arrived at 4pm. They offered late checkout for free but we were leaving early. Then offered vouchers for tea but we didn't use them. We were told they would call us when the room was available, but didn't. 2. The mattress pad had blood on it and you can see it through the sheets. I don't understand how housekeeping didn't see it. Anyway, I had to sleep on the sofa since I was told housekeeping had left for the evening. The next day they replaced the mattress protector with a new one. That's my reason for the rating. However, the condo was beautiful and we had a view of the city and partial ocean. The utensils and cookware is made by Caraway and the furniture is modern and stylish.

• Amanda (8/5): - Overall I really liked my stay at Flow Miami. The room was spacious and I liked having a kitchen. The location was close to a lot of great restaurants. The gym was excellent, as was the pool. I also liked that there are permanent residents in the building. This made it feel more like a community than a hotel. There was also a wonderful farmer's market right next to the hotel. The only negative things were that, right now, the hotel is surrounded by construction sites, which made things pretty noisy, even on a Saturday. The biggest downside were the shades in the room. They were so thin that they did not block out the sun at all, not even a little. I would suggest getting blackout curtains for the rooms.

• Mohammed Sajid (8/5): - Great location to get to Bayside on foot. Pet friendly hotel. However be prepared for dogs fouling in lifts. Dangerous and disgusting. $200 a night damage deposit which is steep but refundable on checkout. $150 optional house keeping. None of this explained on Expedia site so make sure you have enough credit on your card. Room was good and well equipped. Place has great facilities in room, free WiFi etc. Publix and Aldi 5 mins walk away as well as shopping district. Room operated with RFID Tag. Tag to get in your room and tag on exit or else it'll essentially remain open. No real literature in room to explain facilities and services. Interactive TV may have had info but didn't check. A lot of regeneration work going on in area at the moment so doesn't look pretty, can seem run down but isn't.
• Miguel (10/5): - INCREDIBLE! The front desk girls are amazing. They were so friendly and held our luggage while we went and explored. They even let us hang out by the pool until our room was ready. Our room was on the 43rd floor and it was so clean and perfect. We loved everything about this hotel. We can’t wait to be back for Ultra Miami 2026. It’s in super close proximity to anything you would want. Only a 7 min walk to the Ultra festival. This hotel is perfect!
• Erick (4/5): - Stayed here during Ultra 2025, There is a $200 incidental fee per day, an additional resort fee they disclose the day you check in, the unit AC did not function well at the unit which was not expected for the price. This is a more residential property and is dog friendly, but due to that reason the entire unit smelled like dog every time we walked in. Staff was very friendly, location was great, and casa gianna across the street is a great place to eat. Overall the resort fees, dog smell, and lack of proper cooling made for a uncomfortable stay.
• Stephen (4/5): Wasn't what i bought but could be worse right lol - Loved the location but i had the placed booked and i got there and didnt get the room i booked they told me i was screwed cuz spring break n wanted to give me 70 bucks which was crazy when i had A balcony n pool view n got 3rd floor no view or balcony corner mind u pool is at least 12 floor anyways i showed them they said sorry couldn't do anything so called again the next day got an awesome guy Elijah something he also couldn't do much but was way cooler n even tho i didnt get what i bought he got me in a better room on my last day which sucked but better then i had before so yeah take that how you want it all good place but i guess we are all humans n mess up but if you asked me id recommend it i...im also famous for bad luck lol

• Ashley (8/5): - Overall, the property was nice and I would consider visiting again if ever in Miami. My main complaint was with cleanliness of the bathroom. Upon arrival, there were several pieces of hair on the bathroom floor, shower, and sink. I will give them grace and say that this MIGHT be a result of us checking in an hour early. But still worth noting as cleanliness in the bathroom is always high on my prority list. Since this was only 1 night's stay, I did not rsise the isse with management as it wasn't worth the hassle for me. Hopefully the property will acknowledge this shortcoming and improve in the near future as the property was nice in general.

• Gerald (6/5): - It's a fine property. Clean and spacious. If you're getting off a cruise ship early, don't plan on getting in until 4 o'clock, which can be a problem. That's the only time they let in the one nighters.
