• Beto LR (10/5): Buen hospedaje cerca de la estación - El señor Yang es muy amable, mi mamá y yo fuimos a finales de febrero 2026 y nos gustó que todo estaba limpio y en buenas condiciones, cuenta con lavadora y horno, además de otras amenidades que lo hacen mas cómodo, lo mejor es que esta cerca de la estación shin okubo y de ahí te puedes mover por la línea yamanote, le agradecemos al señor Yang por su buena atención y sin duda volvería a hospedarme en un futuro, con tiempo 😊

• YINGJIE (10/5): - 1.地點離大久保站走路8分鐘，沿路平坦適合行李箱，周圍生活機能完善。 2.基本生活配備俱全，還有洗衣機可以使用 3.廁所乾濕分離、水壓足夠，淋浴間稍微小了點，身高190公分以下還可以接受，重點是有浴室冷暖排風扇，冬天洗澡十分舒適。 4.床位兩人使用十分舒適。 5.兩個行李箱可以全開，旁邊還有餐桌椅可以吃東西 6.老闆回覆十分快速又親切，還幫忙接送到車站，謝謝他們的照顧👍
• Fong (9/5): - The location was perfect, convenient and had everything we needed in close proximity. Our room also comes with amenities like laundry machine and detergent, fridge, stove and kitchen utensils but we didn't use it. It's Japan!! The room itself is spacious enough and the bed was comfortable. We had enough space to move about and keep our clothes out (folded) on the futon/folded chair but it's not big enough to keep your suitcase open the whole stay. My.Yang was very accommodating and waited for us to check-in even though our arrival being early into the morning. Despite a heavy dose of language barrier, he tried his very best to provide us with answers. He also help to hold onto and drop off our luggage bag at the station way past our checkout time. We parted with a gift from Mr.Yang which we truly appreciate. Overall a good stay and value for money. Shower curtain was moldy at the bottom and it smells grimey.

Apesar de não falarmos sua língua, ele se esforçou com aplicativo de tradução e usou gestos para se comunicar. A casa é muito bem equipada e de fácil acesso. Tem tudo o que você precisa para se sentir em casa. Próxima a estações de metrô e ponto de ônibus. Se estiver disposto a caminhar um pouco mais recomendo ir ao centro de Shinjuku a pé. Recomendo!

Lawson and food store. The most of all is that the owner is extremely helpful! Can’t be happier with our choice. Nothing.

• Lucía (10/5): Perfect stay - It is an amazing place to stay in Tokyo for some nights. The apartment has everything you need, and is very comfortable. It is close to many metro and train stations, so it is pretty easy to get anywhere in Tokyo from there. You even can go walking to Shinjuku, it is about 20 minutes walking. The host is amazing, he is very kind, reaponsitive and helpful. If we go back to Tokyo, we definitely would stay there again. So recommended! Thank you for all Everything perfect

Our host was incredibly kind and generous, even picking us up from the station, such a welcome touch after a long journey. The accommodation itself was spacious, cozy, clean and wonderfully quiet… exactly the reprieve we needed after full days of exploring Tokyo. It’s tucked into a peaceful residential area, yet just a short walk from the station and surrounded by plenty of shops and restaurants. The balance of calm and convenience couldn’t have been better. Washing machine for laundry. Ample space for drying your laundry in the garden or indoor drying during rainy days. Very good location. Located near 2 Stations(10-15 minutes walk) of 2 different lines (Yamanote Line and Chūō-Sōbu Line). You have many options to travel to different locations in Tokyo. You may take longer to reach the station if you get distracted by the many shops along the way. Shinjuku is just 1 stop away. Harujuku is just 3 stops away. The property owner is very warm and friendly. We are very grateful that he drove us to the Station after check out as our luggages have bulked up with all the shopping we had done. Nothing. Everything is good.

• Alice (9/5): Très bon rapport qualité/prix si on s’adapte aux contraintes du logement. - Hôte très accueillant, il vient vous chercher et vous ramène à la fin du séjour à la gare la plus proche. Quartier résidentiel tranquille avec des restaurants à proximité. Chambre plutôt spacieuse pour Tokyo, avec une isolation sonore correcte (chose rare au Japon!) Pas de vraie table/chaises/couverts (très spartiate, il faut faire la vaisselle immédiatement). On étend son linge dehors mais s’il pleut, la ventilation de la salle de bain peine à le faire sécher, meme allumée 24h. Peu de rangement disponible, on peut ouvrir 1-2 valises max mais on doit les enjamber pour accéder au lit (qui prend tout la largeur de la pièce)
• Nicolò (8/5): The position is really great and the room is decent, recommended - The position is just great, there’s a subway stop really close and a JR station not too far (which is great while arriving from the airport), you could also walk to Shinjuku in just 20 min, that alone made the stay so much more comfortable and fun. The room is ok, it has a washing machine and a sort of patio where you could chill and hang the washed clothes for drying. The bed is comfortable and the building is quite which makes sleeping and resting a breeze. The host is super friendly and eager to help The shower is a little bit too tiny if you’re taller than 180cm

But for us, the highlight of it were the sweet owners of the place. I’ve never experienced such an exceptional hospitality in all of my years of traveling: clear directions, taking place in our stay by welcoming us personally and such a kindness I’ve never seen before! El dueño del alojamiento siempre muy atento. Nos recogió en la estación cuando llegamos y nos llevó cuando nos marchamos. La estación Shin Okubo queda a unos 15' andando y conecta con la Yamanote line con lo que muy bien conectada. Okubo con la chuo line a unos 10' caminando. De camino a las estaciones de tren hay muchos restaurantes y tiendas de convini. Repetiriamos en este alojamiento. Nada

• Diego (8/5): A satisfactory and quiet stay, with a helpful and available owner. - Clean and quite apartment, good location, walking distance to subway stations, well equipped kitchenette, pleasant private patio with table and chairs. The owner kindly gave us bottles of water, canned juice and a lift to the subway the last day of our stay. The room is a bit small if you want to eat inside the apartment. It is a bit expensive compared to even larger studios in Tokyo.

• Abbey (10/5): The perfect introduction to our travels around Japan! - The apartment has everything you need, the location is perfect after visiting several neighbourhoods we were so grateful & happy that we chose this area. The area around the apartment is quiet, but takes 2 minutes to walk onto the main road for easy access to public transport, lots of shops and restaurants. You can also walk over to Shinjuku in about 15 minutes! There is a washing machine, and a small veranda for drying laundry. The neighbourhood is quiet and felt very safe, the hosts are so kind and attentive!

• Diane (10/5): Exceptional - A Perfect Stay Near Shinjuku! We had an amazing three-day stay in this charming apartment near Okubo Station. The location is excellent—about a 15-minute walk to the heart of Shinjuku, yet tucked away in a peaceful area. The apartment was spotless and very well-equipped, with a small kitchen, a modern bathroom, a super comfortable bed, and a lovely terrace where we could relax after a day of exploring Tokyo. Our host, Yang, was absolutely wonderful. He welcomed us with incredible kindness, offered to pick us up from the station, and even gave us some thoughtful gifts that made our stay extra special. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Tokyo and would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Yang, for making our trip unforgettable!
