• Lydgie (1/5): I need some of my money back for misrepresentation of the house. I was extremely uncomfortable & couldn’t enjoy my h - There was nothing to like. The property was a hot mess. Clearly the owner or property manager are not keeping up with the house. Every wall in the house has scuff marks, dents, holes, or just plain dirty. The couch was dirty. The carpet in the living room looks like they had it for 20 years & needs to retire. They had broken light fixtures. The fridge shelf was broken & tape was used to repair it. The fridge also had missing drawers. They had a broken decor. They provided dish washing detergent but no sponge. They provided a broom but no dust pan. The A/C does not circulate throughout the entire house. It only kept the dining room, kitchen, game room & living room cold. You would have to turn on the ceiling fans in each room & keep the door open to feel the A/C. We were there for Thanksgiving and it took us forever to cook because they only have one track in the oven. You can only have 2 half pans in the oven at a time. The pool was clean, however, they threw the pool accessories on the side & they look like dirty. The outdoor table & chairs look filthy. The house had a stuffy smell, like it needed to air out. I had to purchase air fresher, which I would leave for them. I’m so disappointed. Nothing

• Robert (10/5): Spacious and enjoyable stay - The home is spacious and has an ample number of beds. The dining room was a nice touch as we sat and ate a family several times. Also, the pool even though we didn't use it was awesome. The game room was also a nice to have as we played several games of pool and fooseball. N/A
• GENESIS (8/5): Overall the host was pleasant. Answer questions quickly. Made adjustments to accommodate concerns - I like that the home in a nice area. We didn't have to drive for long periods of time to get to one destination. Shopping, restaurants, and Markets were near by. Some essentials weren't accommodated. Wasn't made aware before arrival. Had to purchase many items such as washcloths other essentials that should have been accommodated just like at a hote, suite. Some items such as paper towel and dish soap was used instead of replenishing.

• Tim (10/5): High-quality accommodation providing an excellent base for a fun filled holiday in Orlando - Quality of accommodation was excellent, it had everything we needed for our stay. Location was great, all of the attractions in Orlando were within a 20 minute drive. A lovely quiet area. Only issue was that there was no vacuum cleaner! This really was the only issue we had though.

The snacks, and extra dishes, extra toothbrushes and Toothpaste, shower caps and access to washer and dyer made our stay more comfortable because we forgot some of those things and didn't have to buy. I loved it ❤️ The only thing was how you access getting in. I had to call to ask for the door code. They should have sent it in the email that confirmed that it was paid for. I started to think I was being set up. I had to look through emails while traveling to find number to get code to get in house. Maybe providing code in final email would make clients feel more secure.

• Jeffrey (3/5): Unclean unhealthy unsanitary not worth of the money! - The House had a lot of possibilities in a great location First arrived bedding was dirty further inspections, an ant problem all through the house. The house had not been properly cleaned, nor bedding had been clean nor floors had ever been cleaned. Outside by the pool none of the floats lounge chair toys for pool were accessible because they were very dirty with droppings on them animal droppings. We think there was a broken sewer pipe the house, smelt horrible, like sewage and human waste the whole time every single day.!!! The central air did not work on the master side of the house it was very hot in the two bedrooms. No smoke detectors in any of the bedrooms. I think there was only two in the whole house. I felt very unsafe! On arrival they did not even have the grass cut nor has any maintenance person been to that house to even take trash out from previous or previous to those tenants, trash and recyclables. We had to do their job very unhappy with this property would never recommend this or go back. There was no communication with property manager. Doors from the living room would not open to go outside to the pool. They need to do an update on their on patio doors! They are not properly equipped to rent that house out!!!. Everything a person would rent a home for. They didn’t even have a toaster… would’ve had better toiletries in a hotel. Booking.com has dropped the ball on this one. I think this could damage your reputation. You should look clearly into the houses that you’re representing. This was a fail.

• Richard (8/5): Overall it was a very nice vacation and I would without hesitation stay there again - The house was very nice and spacious. Short drive to anything you'd want or need. I enjoyed being able to shoot pool anytime I wanted to as well The temperature of the house was as cold as I wanted it to be in the living room, kitchen, and dining room. It seemed like the 2 main bedrooms weren't getting air the same as the rest of the house even after checking the vent to be sure they were open. At night we just turned the ac up higher and made sure to run the ceiling fans and it was fine. The pool wasn't as clean as I had hoped when we first got there but the property manager took care of the situation very quickly for which I was grateful. She was very helpful throughout the stay

• Sue (8/5): Large, comfortable villa in quiet neighbourhood - The property was really clean inside. We had a little trouble getting in, with the wrong access code, but the management company resolved that quickly. Although worth knowing if you don’t speak Spanish all communication will need to be by text. The pool was large as described. We had some initial problems with the water level being very low and the pump not working, but that also was quickly resolved. The beds and sofa were very comfortable. The neighbourhood is residential, not holiday properties, but it felt very safe and was very quiet. The property didn’t quite feel ‘luxury’ I’m not sure how recent the photos on the listing are. There were a few maintenance issues needed (a couple of broken door handles, picture re-hanging and door closer broken) and the pool area was a bit untidy, with old toys left in a corner. However, I particularly did not like that there was a Ring video camera on the pool area, which we covered with a towel. By the look of the chair placed underneath it to stand on, we weren’t the first to do this. I would rather have been made aware at time of booking so I could decide accordingly.

• Shauna (10/5): Shauna's ORLANDO Pro Bowl 2024 Experience!! - I like that everything was just like the pictures...The house was neat, clean, and very spacious... I also like the fact that is was so close to food, dining, convenient stores, ABC store, Walgreens and WALMART!! There was nothing I didn't like about this house. This is a great house to rent for a small group of friends, family, solo person or even a couple. You can't go wrong with this house.
• Javier (8/5): Very good - The location, cleaness,spaciousness,secured, quiet nice neighborhood, the bed issue was eventually taken care of, it was overall a very nice place and we enjoyed the stay The bed was broken, and we had to wait 2 days for it to be fixed, because of holidays they said couldn't find someone to repair right away,The kitchen stove had only 3 burners that worked.

• Donna (10/5): My family had a wonderful time even if it was just a short stay. - The location was great! Nice quiet safe neighborhood. We loved the spacious feel of the home and the cleanliness. The host was also very attentive and quickly responded with courteousness. It was absolutely understandable due to the limited extent of time frame, but the previous renters had damaged the bed in the master bedroom and we weren't able to make use of that room. Overall, we would definitely love to be back to enjoy the home again!
