- Ursina (9/5): - This apartment is a fantastic place to stay, especially if you want to be close to the vibrant South Bank area. The location is a real highlight, with plenty of great restaurants, cafes, and lively spots just a short walk away. The apartment itself is stylish and well-equipped with everything you might need, making it comfortable and convenient. The only minor downside is that it can get a bit noisy at night, due to the central location. However, if you don’t mind a bit of evening buzz, this is an excellent choice overall.

I kept trying to open the wrong lockbox because the directions said there was a black button to press. There is on the defunct lockbox but the actual correct one has no black buttons

- Kirrily (3/5): Disappointment all round - It’s close to Southbank and all that it has to offer This property required a photograph of me holding up my credit card, which I found bizarre and have not experienced before. The lady on the phone to me was clearly working from home with the sound of children in the background. I could not be assured and guaranteed that my email with my photo and credit card would be discarded appropriately.
The security bond was $250, which I believe was also quite excessive for 1 night away.
The cleaning fee was $150, again, for 1 night away, with requirements that we take the rubbish bin out otherwise charges would apply.
We booked this unit for a midweek night away (a Tuesday) with our 5 month old baby. We assumed it would be quieter than a weekend would be. We slept a couple hours only, due to excessive noise throughout the hours of the night, specifically, the pedestrian lights which went off all night long. This property is on the first floor on the corner, right near the traffic lights. And this is a very noisy property.
Our experience in general with this property was poor, and would not be booking here again.

- Ben (9/5): Superb location to explore South Bank and the surrounding areas. - Excellent location right in the heart of of South Bank. It’s two minute walk to the river and Streets Beach. The apartment was quite spacious and comfortable for our family of five. Being on level 2 and close to the intersection, it could be fairly noisy at times from vehicles and the pedestrian crosswalk buzzer.

The location is absolutely amazing—right in the heart of everything Southbank has to offer, with immediate access to restaurants, cafes, the swimming beach and the river. Public transport is an easy 1-2 minute walk. The unit itself is beautifully appointed with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. It was also extremely clean, which I really appreciated.

It is very spacious and accommodated our family of 5 with ease.

Cons: The cutlery, the forks were bending trying to cut the pizza. Traffic noise in main bedroom ( but you are in amongst everything so bring ear plugs) No reception so like a airbnb.

Told we could have an extra car park but was not available when we arrived - location was good We had asked for an extra car park and told that this was available only to find out that it was not on arrival. When we spoke to the property manager he was abrupt with us.
- Jaro (8/5): Very good - Great location and facilities in Southbank. Close to many eateries and the parklands. Unfortunately the garage was not available for our use during our stay and required us to use the Southbank Parklands carpark, incurring additional cost.
