Please take into account the following important information before booking: Towels, sheets as well as toilet paper are included upon arrival, however, replacement or change during your stay is not included. Baby crib: Price: EUR 30.00 per reservation. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it. Extra guest: Each extra guest not included in the reservation will be charged €10 per night. -Arrival after hours: Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (ask us if you want to check in earlier). Outside these hours we will charge €30 in cash, after 10pm it will be €50. After 00:00 the property will charge €80. If the arrival day is a local or national holiday, weekends, the cost will be 30 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. it will be 50 EUR. After 00:00 the property will charge 80 EUR. If the arrival day is 12/25, 12/26 and 01/01 the charges will be as follows: 50 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. 100 EUR. Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. It is prohibited to smoke in the apartment and the balcony. Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine). The property will not be held responsible under any circumstances for theft, robbery or any other theft of property that may occur within the facilities of our flats. Guests are strongly advised to take the necessary precautions for the safekeeping of their valuables, including the use of safety deposit boxes if available, and to keep doors and windows properly closed and secured. The security of personal property is the sole responsibility of the guest.

Exberliner (7/5): Good - Close to metro station. In a quiet street. Jefferson was kind enough to allow us to keep our luggage in the apartment before time. Contactless checkout. Well equipped kitchen. Some basic cooking ingredients were provided. Good water pressure in shower. Responsive communication from the time of booking till refund of security deposit. For a 3 day stay for adults, not enough space to open one's bags. One so-called bedroom had exact space to hold one queen bed. No more. One set of small toiletry bottles provided. You have to request again and coordinate for delivery of additional bottles. Not what I expect at a property on Booking.com. Not possible to cook, since the gas stove was not accompanied by a match box or lighter. The kitchen sink didn't drain well. Unacceptable as someone had previously reported the same issue in their review. Hair found strewn across the apartment when we entered. Others have also reported all the above issues in the feedback. Wish I had read the reviews thoroughly.

Mark (8/5): It was nice and clean and bright. I would stay here again. - We got a message as soon as we got off our plane from the young man meeting us with the keys. This was nice because I didn’t have to search for his info on my phone. The place was very clean and bright inside. It was also close to the event I was attending while in town. I would stay here again. Everything was very clean except for the hair in the bathtub drain. Ewww! Also, there weren’t any drain plugs for the kitchen and bath sinks nor the bathtub so we had to improvise. Also, we had to find a grocery store to buy a lighter or matches to start the gas burners on the stove because we couldn’t find any in the apartment. Fortunately there was one close by.
