• Elena (9/5): nice apartment in a non-touristy neighborhood - - very clean and modern apartment - good location (but not 10 min from duomo, check the maps for yourself) - 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms - Good communication with the host via whatsapp; full instuctions for entering the house provided in a pdf document with pictures "10 min to duomo" is in reality 15-20 minutes walking+metro or 45 minutes walking.

• Phuong (10/5): A fantastic stay in Milan - A beautiful and spacious apartment which feels quite luxurious with a covered terrace, fully stocked with crockery and cutlery just in case you want to eat in. We appreciated being able to drop our bags early and meet the caretaker lady, too. This was useful as there was a slight problem with the shower which was fixed immediately by her. We were also well located - 4 mins from both Lodi and Brenta Metro stations with lots of shops and eateries nearby. It is also easy to walk to Porta Roman and to the Duomo too. Nothing. It was perfect.

• Michael (8/5): Overall, small issues aside, we enjoyed it. Good but it could have been better with some TLC - Very comfortable, clean and spacious. Close to the metro and bus services (Though information could have been given about transport, which buses to get into town, parking, local shops, restauarants etc.) No instructions for A/C, Oven and the lights in the kitchen did not work. We had to contact the owner to get instructions for the A/C, but we spent an uncomfortable 45 minutes in 35 degree heat till we got it working. Even the maid (who was still there when we arrived, did not know how to work it) This is the first apartment I have ever been in that did not have a folder of instructions, on how to work appliances (we burnt our bread and see above about aircon), and I think they should have checked the bulbs etc in the aprtment, as the two kitchhen wall lights were out and there were other lights that did not work. Dead plants on the balcony - why. Keep them alive or remove hem, they added nothing to the ambience.
• Wan (1/5): Bad experience - Worst ever experience with this host. We arrived around midnight for this stay because of our flight. When we got in to the house, the lights and air conditioners aren’t functioning, and the bathroom water is leaking, we call the host but there’s no one answering, so we slept through the night without any air conditioner which is a bad experience. On the next day, the host finally contacted us and they say they already fixed the problem, but then when we came home at night, the air conditioner in the living room is still not functioning. After all these bad experience, we asked for a part of refund, they agreed with that, but after two months I lost contacted with the host and they still haven’t refund me.
• Ehab1 (1/5): Don't be scammed. - Nothing... Keep away, my little son made fun of me and he told me that I've been "scamed" Dirty place and not clean... Niether the host nor Booking.com were helpful. I don't recommend booking an accomedation on Booking.com other than hotels. I highly advise not to book this flat. I wiah I could uplaod more photos to support my claim (I'll upload them on googel review). The photo on booking.com are not what you find. Having said that, the most furstrating thing is when I complained to booking.com, I've been told that "we're just a middleman" we need to get the approval of the host. I contacted the host about send the clears to clean, came back to me at night saying sorry and he'll send them in the moring around 10:00 or 11:00 knowing that I'm checkingout by 10:00 as yhese are the rules. Booking.com "urgent" support is a disaster. After long waiting and talks, they said sorry for what happened to you. You can book another place and the refund is not guaranteed.

• Moanta (8/5): Very good - Good location, near to metro station. Clean and spacious rooms. Some problems with heating, but overall wasn't cold. By far, the biggest inconvenient was to obtain the invoice from property. I asked at least 7-8 times for the invoice both during and after holiday but all I received were promises. In the end I gave up.

• Benoît (10/5): 5 girls, 1 weekend, a house rated 10 cum laude - Just perfect! The house is a beauty with this white roof... rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. We were 5 girls using the 2 bathrooms for showers and makeups. Location is also perfect, close to city center, metro at 4 minutes, but not too busy, full of bars and fancy restaurants ( try Nishiki :)), above all safe at night. I totally recommend! Nothing everything was perfect!
