• Adam (2/5): If you like to sleep ….. go somewhere else - The location is very good If you like sleeping don’t choose this. It’s situated above a bar that has a party until 02:00am and the neighbors continue that party all night without consideration for anyone, oh and right on a main road so all traffic and emergency services can be heard in continuation. WiFi doesn’t work, kitchen tap broke, toilet constantly running, leaky bathroom tap …. I don’t need to go on. If you want a place to sit for cheap ….. this is for you.

Brak cieplej wody, brak ogrzewania, nie zmienione posciele, brak kontaktu z wlascicielem dopiero gdy interweniowalismy przez booking wtedy byl oddzew, a pieniedzy do teraz nie oddal oszust ! Za ta cene hotel masakra.

• Justine (5/5): Bon emplacement, mais qualité à revoir - Emplacement très bien, arrivée autonome, linge de lit et serviettes fournies c’est top Toilette qui ne fonctionnent pas (pas de chasse d’eau), la base de l’équipement cuisine était manquante (pas de verres, pas de torchons) Et le deuxième lit (canapé lit) qui n’est pas vraiment un lit pour 2 personnes…

E la casa sporca - Solo la posizione dell’appartamento La casa si presenta molto sporca, nelle foto sembra bella pulita e funzionale, l’acqua del rubinetto a malapena usciva , la doccia è scomoda non dispone del doccino mobile ma è fisso, le tende sono marce e la casa non era affatto pulito . Inoltre per tutte le notti che siamo stati lì non abbiamo dormito per nulla con due bambini piccoli perché la vicina teneva la musica a palla fino alle 3-4 di notte il proprietario nonostante lo chiamassi e le scrivessi non rispondeva mai. È stata davvero una brutta esperienza non lo consiglio sopratutto per le famiglie

The owner handed me a property with a faulty heating system, a water leak in the bathroom, non-working Wi-Fi, a dirty refrigerator, and broken faucets. I refused to accept the property and notified Booking.com, but they were unable to contact the owner. As a result, the owner kept my money, in addition to the taxes I paid. Therefore, I request that this owner be removed from the website and that a law firm contact them to prevent them from scamming others.
• Marta (4/5): - La posizione molto comoda a 100 metri di distanza dalla metro. Il livello di pulizia e ordine è davvero basso, sopra l'armadio c'era uno strato di polvere non indifferente oltre alle scatole degli elettrodomestici che non hanno altra funzione che raccogliere polvere. Nell'armadio, che già si presenta piccolo, sono accumulati attrezzi per la pulizia, aspirapolvere, copridivano ripiegato alla meno peggio. Nel bagno c'è lo scarico che perde continuamente l'acqua. La posizione del Bb è strategica e comoda, ma i video sul sito con la spiegazione sul come raggiungere la struttura sono fuorvianti, perché sono caricati link di altre strutture. Un peccato perdersi per questi dettagli.

• Alexander ******* (6/5): Unfortunately, my stay was difficult due to poor communication - The apartment is in a good location and close to the city. Unfortunately, my experience with this apartment was disappointing. The host was not cooperative at all and did not respond to my questions or messages, which made communication very difficult. The apartment was poorly equipped, with not even the basic essentials such as a knife, spoon, or fork to prepare or eat food. In addition, there is no available parking anywhere near the property, which caused a lot of inconvenience. Overall, the stay did not meet my expectations, and I would not book this place again.

Al nostro arrivo la struttura si presentava sporchissima tanto da dover chiamare il proprietario per farla ripulire Sporca, scomoda e soprattutto poco silenziosa in quanto sono in corso lavori di ristrutturazione all’ interno dello stabile e già alle 8 di mattina inizia il rumore

La maison n'a pas le même aspect que sur les photos : c'est petit et pas adapté pour plus de deux personnes, la porte électronique a permis que nous soyons bloqués dehors une demie heure. La télé ne marchait pas, il n'y avait pas Netflix comme marqué dans la description de l'appartement, pas de wifi, il n'y avait pas de service à table (fourchette, couteau, cuillère), la salle de bain était petite et sentait mauvais, sa lumière faisait énormément de bruits lorsqu'elle était allumée ce fut désagréable, la chaudière avait du mal à fonctionner malgré les réglages faits, le canapé lit était horriblement inconfortables, les robinets (salle de bain et cuisine) marchaient difficilement.

I'll start by saying that we didn't have many things that were in the description. There was no air conditioner. There was no shampoo or shower gel. The toilet was rusty. There was mold in the shower. It was unclean. The heat in the house was unbearable because the air conditioner wasn't working.There was a lot of noise coming from the street, and the two days that I was supposed to spend enjoying myself turned into hell 😤

• Marius (8/5): Very good - Good communication with the host. The location it is close to metro and bus services. Clean and crisp towels. The air-conditioning was not as good - it is a portable device, and you need to open up your windows to leave the tube out. We just had 1 toilet roll for 4 people. We managed as we were mostly out... The shampoo sachets are difficult to open with wet hands.
• Nikola (1/5): Bad - Firstly all the informations about our apartment was send really late and when we arrived we had to stay under the building waiting for instructions and for completing personal information. Additionally there was no information while booking about climate fee/tax and how high it is (it was more expensive than it said in link with details abut our housing which we got after paying the tax). The flat was really tiny not like in the pictures, every outlet was different and a lot of them were broken. There were 2 air conditioners on wheels but one of them didn’t work and the second one had to be used by the window because there was a tube. We couldn’t move it to the bedroom so sleeping in this weather was impossible. There was no warm water only cold. We booked this apartment for 4 people but we had one bed and couch which wasn’t really for 2 people to sleep on and we had only 3 pillows. We texted the host about our problems but after collecting the key he didn’t replay to any of our texts. From the beginning he wasn’t really communicative. The whole flat had smashed mosquitoes and after a week we are all in red spots that itches. I do not recommend.

• Roxanne (1/5): Absolute awful, never again - The front door The uncleanliness, filthy! Didn’t have any coffee, the coffee machine was broken! The doors has holes in it, the water was cold, the pillows were filthy, there wasn’t enough pillows too.
