• Darina (9/5): - Excellent location near Milano Centrale and Lima metro station, very quiet and secure because of the inner courtyard. Good communication with host and self check-in. The apartment is very spacious -2 separate bedrooms and kitchen with central heating, coffee machine. It has everything you need for your stay. The sofa bed wasn't very comfortable and it wasn't very clean - we found a cigarette in the toilet.
• K (8/5): - L'appartement est bien entretenu et bien équipé. L'emplacement est super avec de bons commerces à proximité, le métro à 5 mins et la gare centrale à 20 mins. En plus, le logement est dans un ensemble très calme. On recommande ! L'entretien aurait mérité d'être un peu plus méticuleux (poussière sous les lits et vaisselle pas totalement nette) mais rien d'insurmontable et qui a pu gâcher notre séjour. On recommande toujours.

• Felipe Jones (4/5): Não recomendo. - Localização. A comunicai com o proprietário foi ótima. Acessível e com resposta rápida. A limpeza deixou a desejar. O ambiente com muito cheiro de cigarro. Havia muitos cabelos no box do banheiro. Nao tinha tapete. Não tinham cobertores para dormir, procuramos lençóis avulsos no guarda-roupa. O sofá-cama é muito desconfortável.
• Rosa (6/5): Bien la situación y el propietario …. - La situación,el edificio ,el dueño muy amable Hay un escalón para entrar que es muy peligroso si no te das cuenta y si te levantas al baño ….la cama del dormitorio principal no para de hacer ruido cada vez que “respiras” el sofa cama tiene un colchón demasiado fino ….el baño se llena de agua detras del bidé en cuanto a la limpieza podría estar mucho mejor .

O box do chuveiro poderia ser de vídeo, ao invés de cortina. Demais camas fazem um pouco de barulho, mas muito confortável.

Labai girgždanti lova, ypač plonos sienos - girdėjosi kaimynų pokalbiai, juokas ir trepsėjimas/lipimas laiptais. Netgi nubusdavome naktį nuo kaimynų skleidžiamų garsų. Gerai, kad netriukšmavo visą naktį, tai išsimiegoti pavyko.

• Ewa (8/5): Bardzo dobre miejsc na pobyt przy zwiedzaniu Mediolanu - Lokalizacja do zwiedzania Mediolanu dobra, dwa autobusy do dworca w odl. ok 200m (spacer do dworca ok. 15-20min) metro np. do katedry od 400m, sklepiki spożywcze w pobliżu. Obiekt czysty, wyposażony dobrze. Opis na Bookingu odpowiada rzeczywistości

• Isabelle (6/5): Appartement sur cour rez de chaussée bien situé et humide - Spacieux, le wifi marchait bien, proche de commerces et du métro Lima, joli immeuble. Le propriétaire a répondu rapidement à nos appels à l’aide et a fait venir un réparateur pour les plaques de cuisson. Équipement en mauvais état (porte de douche cassée, hotte de cuisine cassée, plaques de cuisson qui dysfonctionnent, climatisation inefficace). L’immeuble était en travaux (toiture) et je n’en étais pas informée, les travaux étaient très bruyants (y compris le samedi) et impossible d’ouvrir les fenêtres pour aérer l’appartement sur cour au rez de chaussée. L’appartement était très mal aéré, sans climatisation, très humide.

Lovely decor and communication with host is clear and any questions are responded to punctually. Nothing ….that is why we came back for a second stay!

• Judy (10/5): Excellent neighbourhood and great ground floor apartment. - Location was great… near good cafes and Corso Buenos Aires for shopping and public transport. Lovely neighbourhood. Beautiful old building … housed within a secure courtyard. Well appointed apartment.. quite spacious. Good communication with host regarding arrival and departure. Nothing.
• Julie (7/5): Great apartment, shame it wasn't cleaner. - The location and facilities were excellent. It was quiet even though it was on a main road, because it opened onto a central garden. The only negative was the fact that the cleanliness could be much better. If this was improved I would give it 5 stars. The shower drain was clogged with hair so that the shower overflowed. In the laundry the linen from the previous guest was hung out to dry, including towels and only a bottom sheet. This made me worry that the top sheet or quilt cover hadn't been changed. The pillows on the bed were a little smelly. There were spots of blood on the bathroom wall. Such a shame that the apartment wasn't clean.

The apartment is very nice, clean, well equipped and has a great location. Close to the subway and the Central Railway Station.The neighborhood is pleasant. There is really nothing to complain about. Highly recommended :)! Nothing at all
