• Claudio (4/5): - Appartemanto molto scomodo. Bagno senza spazio per lasciare le proprie cose, casa assolutamente spoglia, dettagli pessimi quali il router buttato per terra o un divano sfondato per riposarti dopo una giornata fuori. Cucina totalmente inutile per provare a mangiare o cucinare qualcosa in casa, siamo dovuti correre a fare una spesa per comprare il minimo per starci 5 giorni (sapone, tovaglioli...), lavastoviglie disponibile ma le pastoglie cpmpratele tu... Ultimo appunto: mai capitato in 15 anni di viaggi e prenotazioni di appartamenti di dover andare fisicamente in un'officina in tutt'altra direzione e quartiere per realizzare il checkin, peraltro digitale. Capisco le leggi italiane, ma allora se devi verificare in presenza chi entra in casa, te ne vai all'appartamento a fare l'accoglienza come accade in ogni città del mondo. Pessimi.

• Moses (1/5): AVIOD - WAS CLEAN BUT NOW DIRTY AND UNORGANISED - The apartment is nice and modern I was charged the city tax twice, once when booking and after when I finally got the key. The check-in person asked for cash, and now they are not responding to my emails that I'm asking for a refund. Also I requested an early check in, it was approved - once I arrived they refused as they said that just means you can come try check in early. Finally, when in the apartment, I realized it had not been fully cleaned. The towels had toothpaste on them, and there was human hair on the bed and animal hair on the kitchen counter. The cupboard was full of old linen that was thrown in. Also, the sofa was wet....and had suspicious stains on it.. There was no way to contact the host, as they use chatbot AI on WhatsApp and do not answer the phone.

Do not stay here - Nothing Subject: Horrendous Stay in Milan – Request for Justice I am reaching out to bring attention to an absolutely appalling experience I endured with a company during my recent trip to Milan with my mother, planned to celebrate her birthday. What should have been a joyful occasion turned into an unmitigated disaster due to their negligence and utter disregard for basic standards. It began with a chaotic check-in process. Their so-called "office" was in an inconvenient location, and with no ATM nearby and their refusal to accept a bank transfer, I was forced to make multiple trips back and forth with our luggage. This unnecessary ordeal left my mother and me stressed and exhausted before the trip had even begun. The nightmare only worsened when we arrived at the apartment. It was in a deplorable state: Hair in the sink. A dirty frying pan left behind. A filthy couch, with soap packets hidden underneath. No kitchen towels or napkins provided to dry dishes. Towels that reeked, even after replacements were sent. The bedding situation was equally disgraceful. The blanket was shoved into the wardrobe, unfolded and dirty. The pillows didn’t even have pillowcases. And to top it all off, I discovered a pile of rubbish near the washing machine—an absolute health hazard. Despite my complaints and the company’s promise to send a cleaner, no one showed up. Their negligence forced us to endure the rest of our trip in unbearable conditions, turning what should have been a special celebration into a deeply upsetting experience. This unacceptable situation caused significant stress, ruined the enjoyment of our trip, and completely undermined our trust in the company. I believe such blatant disregard for customers and basic hygiene cannot go unaddressed, and I am seeking monetary compensation as a matter of justice for what we endured. I urge you to take up this issue and ensure that others do not suffer the same disgraceful treatment.

• Roberta (6/5): Not the Most Pleasant Experience - Our stay in the apartment was not the most pleasant experience. Although the entrance to the building and the staircase may seem unappealing at first glance, the apartment itself is nice, well-furnished, and comfortable. The location is advantageous, being close to both metro and tram stations as well as the central train station, which makes transportation easy. Additionally, the apartment is well-equipped, featuring a dishwasher, microwave, stove, hood, and washing machine. There is also an intelligent door-opening system for both the building and the apartment, which is practical and modern. However, there were several negative aspects that affected our experience. The most disturbing was the loud noise coming from the walls, probably from the neighbors, which sounded like a short but intense burst of water flowing under pressure. This noise could be heard at night and woke us up several times. Furthermore, the bed was very small, and the pillows were of poor quality, which impacted our comfort. We also noticed that the beds did not have covers, which we found unhygienic. The cleanliness in the bathroom was lacking, as the sink's base had visible marks from previous users, and the interior of the entrance door was covered with fingerprints. Additionally, we found a lot of dust in the bedroom near the wardrobe, which was bothersome. Another disappointing aspect was the communication only in Italian, and the fact that there is a €15 fee for check-in before 3:00 PM, with no option to leave luggage beforehand. For these reasons, we were not fully satisfied with our experience.
• Márk (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect location, close to metro stations. Easy administration and check-in. Very clean and well-equipped flat for a fair price.
