Please take into account the following important information before booking: - Towels, sheets as well as toilet paper are included upon arrival, however, replacement or change during your stay is not included. -Baby crib: Price: EUR 30.00 per reservation. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it. -Extra guest: Each extra guest not included in the reservation will be charged €10 per night. Our check-in time is from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (please consult us if you wish to check in earlier). Outside these hours, we will charge €30 in cash; after 10 p.m., the charge will be €50 and after midnight will be 80euros. - If the day of arrival is a local or national holiday or a weekend, the cost will be €30 until 10 p.m., €50 after 10 p.m. and after midnight will be 80euros. - If the day of arrival is 25/12, 26/12 or 01/01, the charges will be as follows: €50 until 10 p.m., €100 after 10 p.m. - The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona in 2026 will be applied. (€9.50/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights). In addition, a service fee of 12.50euros will apply. - Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. It is prohibited to smoke in the apartment and the balcony. - Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine). -The property will not be held responsible under any circumstances for theft, robbery or any other theft of property that may occur within the facilities of our flats. Guests are strongly advised to take the necessary precautions for the safekeeping of their valuables, including the use of safety deposit boxes if available, and to keep doors and windows properly closed and secured. The security of personal property is the sole responsibility of the guest.

Rod (3/5): - The location was overall good and there were enough towels. Communication with the guy working for the agency was ok. The place is situated on the 4th floor but there is no lift. The agency taking care of this listing did not mention that as i would have not selected this place. I attended an expo held at Gran Fiera and needed to look smart, however, there was no Iron to iron my shirts and although I did ask for one, this was not provided. The place is not cheap. In total it cost me 423€ for 4 nights. This included the price, additional taxes ( 25€) and an extra 30€ euro that was imposed on me since my check in was on a Sunday. On the first day when I booked the apartment and paid the listing amount of 368€ this was not mentioned but only afterwards and i was not receiving the notification to my email showing i had a new message from the agency. I did inform them about this but i was forced to pay or else I would have not had the possibility to enter the premises and cancellation would have meant that I would have lost all the money already paid. I'd like to make an official complaint and also request a partial refund of the total amount paid, the minimum accepted amount being 50€.
