• Jiří (10/5): Cozy flat with all you need for your stay. Mr. Oliver is very willing person. I can fully recommend the stay in this apa - It was cozy small apartment with everything we needed for our two nights stay.
• Andrijana (9/5): Perfekt - Die Unterkunft ist sehr modern, praktisch und sauber gehalten. Der Wohnung wurde sehr stilhaft eingerichtet. Obwohl das eine Einzimmerwohnung ist, fühlt sie sich sehr groß und geräumig an, Weil alles vorhanden ist was man braucht und ebenso ein großes Bett, große Couch, sowie ein großer Esstisch. Es gibt genügend Parkplätze und die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig. Ich würde es auf jeden Fall wieder buchen ☺️ Ich persönlich würde es bevorzugen, wenn es mehr Geschirr geben würden. Erwünschenswert wäre eventueller Backofen und eine Waschmaschine für einen längeren Aufenthalt.

• Markus (10/5): - Sehr freundlicher und zuvor kommender Gastgeber. Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet, Bett ist komfortabel und es ist alles sauber.

• Олена (3/5): - Мне понравилось было чисто, светло. Мне не понравилось что в квартире которая описана как семейная куча фарфоровых ваз, ламп извините но для маленьких детей это вообще не вариант. Второе очень страшный район, если на машине наверное можно ставить хоть 10, а если вечером идёшь то куча выпивающих и не только. Вообщем район злачный. Кроме того очень неуступчивый администратор, была просьба с маленьким ребенком( вышло так что пришлось продлить на один день, а у меня маленький ребенок заболевший ) продлить на один день, сказал что номер занят, но есть другой. И в этой другой можно въехать только в 3 ! Хотя выезжать нужно было в 10! Когда въезжала он разрешил в 11 с доплатой 25 евро , а когда узнал что надо остаться ещё на один день пошел на принцип и вы можете въехать только в три и точка, хотя как бы можно было пойти на встречу, тем более с маленьким больным ребенком. Это мое мнение, возможно я не права, не знаю.

• Sarah (9/5): Perfect stop over which we only booked a few hours prior to arriving as we were on a road trip and just trying to get as - Clean, comfortable, perfect for our purpose, last minute stop over on road trip. All helpful facilities there: microwave, kettle, fridge, crockery & cutlery. Good shower with all products supplied, and plentiful fresh towels & linen. TV good selection of streaming services, we didn’t need to use wifi, but looked like it was all provided. Easy access with key safe, we didn’t not see host but he communicated well via message. We were lucky with parking and got right outside the door, but probably could be a problem at busy times as it was on-street, but appeared to be quiet & safe area.

The style is amazing, the quelity of the forniture too but we really appreciated most was the Nespresso free coffee machine, as italian coffee is important to us and the host left enough for 3 or us ... Unfortunately, during Easter many restaurants were closed and we had to cook at home. I would have added some kitchen knives and a tool to open corks from wine bottles, which is essential.

• Reinardt (10/5): Weekend in Duisburg - The accommodation is very neat and has everything that is needed for your stay. Stores are walking distance away, and the area is nice and quiet. Parking is also free on the street and plenty of open room to park. Overall, it was a very nice little place we enjoyed our stay.

• Olivia (8/5): Schoon en netjes verblijf - Appartment is klein maar erg schoon en netjes. Heeft een klein keukentje met wat borden, bestek, een magnetron en 2 kook pitten. Bed lag erg lekker en vriendelijke eigenaar. Kortom goeie prijs kwaliteit verhouding! Tip voor de buitenlanders: als je gaat parkeren in de straat moet je in de juiste rijrichting parkeren anders krijg je een boete. Dit is ons helaas overkomen. We stonden netjes geparkeerd aan de zijkant maar helaas met de auto andersom ookal was het een 2 richtingen weg. Gelukkig is de boete niet erg duur in vergelijking met Nederland, maar toch even op letten!
