• paulina (3/5): Mala experiencia, el wc no funcionaba y el lavamanos estaba tapado y tenía una gotera. Sin solución - La ubicación, estaba cerca de la playa los restaurantes, las farmacias, los negocios y tenía metro cerca. Cuando llegamos el lavamanos se tapaba y tenía una gotera por abajo. Además, el wc no funcionaba, no se podía tirar la cadena y al solicitar solución, respondieron que no podían ir en ese momento y tendríamos que esperar hasta el otro día. Considerando lo importante que es poder tirar la cadena del WC, solicitamos la devolución del dinero para irnos y fue rechazado. Al otro día, contacté a la persona y jamás tuve respuesta, por lo que tuvimos que resolver llenando un balde para hacer la descarga de agua del WC. No tuvimos nunca respuesta ni solución.
• __brayo__ (1/5): This place looks good but is a disaster, you have been warned! - Location, fairly decent apartment. Cockroaches, the staff take too much time and make promises they dont keep. They said they would send a cleaner and did not plus there was no gas so the cooker was useless and l had to take cold showers.
• Anna (1/5): Infested with cockroaches - Location. It was full of cockroaches, we found them in the cupboard, on the floor, in the bathroom, everywhere. It’s a sanity issue and we had to change our apartment , even if they knew before our arrival that there were cockroaches, they literally left a big spray to the receptionist with a note on it “give it to apartment number: “The staff response was disgusting they were gaslighting us and slow reply. Thankfully they had an office not far from the apartment so after being dismissed many times we went there and didn’t leave until they didn’t refund us. They also told us the problem will be solved in a month but apparently they never did because I see the new reviews and the insects are still there. Highly avoid this apartment and the agency Pinapples.
• Ruben (4/5): Fue bueno pero hubo muchos insectos - Todo bien por lá ubicación Hubo muchas cucarachas durante mi estância y tenía que matarlas. Además que el TV nunca prendió.

• GERARD (7/5): Agréable ! - L'emplacement est parfait. L'appartement est très sympa et confortable. Nous avons croisé quelques cafards, mais c'est fréquent à Rio.
• Cezar (5/5): Em resumo, não recomendo ambientes Adm pela Pineapples, pois não tiveram nenhuma preocupação/pró atividade em resolv - A localização é ótima. Entrei em contato com a empresa (Pineapples) que Adm o apto, e tive um retorno após 3 dias. O apto tinha muitas baratas (dentro dos armários, junto com os utensílios domésticos), no banheiro, sala, o ar condicionado não funcionava (sugeriram que fosse alguém após 3 dias em que eu já estava na acomodação). Demoraram muito para responder as mensagens.
• Denise (10/5): - O estúdio é ótimo. Bem decorado, com tudo q precisamos. Cozinha bem equipada, tv à cabo, ferro de passar e secador. A localizsção maravilhosa. À 1 quadra da praia de Copacabana (Forte). Gostei tanto q foi a segunda vez q fui esse ano.
• Boris (6/5): Great location. Clean but poorly designed apt. Difficult to get the arrival instructions. - It is a nice location 200m to the beach, and a nice staff in the building. Safe area with a lot of police around. Clean apt. The message with arrival instructions and apt number came just 3 hours before my check-in, after several reminders. I received it in the taxi from the airport. What if I did not have internet at the time? An offer to extend my stay arrived 2 days after I had left Rio! Overall, the messages came from the agency which, apparently, to a large extent, controls the market of rentals in the vicinity, which caused delays in contacting the owner. The kitchen is so small that almost unusable (it is formally full of amenities, but how would you use a stove with a microwave hanging hardly a foot over it?). Even making tea could be a problem. Occasional roaches. Shelves in the narrow shower and over tiny sink are overwhelming. An A/C blows directly onto the bed - make your choice to suffer from the heat or sleep in a wind. There was no water for two afternoons - apparently a temporary problem of the building renovations.
