Shandi (10/5): Had a lovely time here and would stay again - It was well positioned , clean , well managed The room and space were great, and area was nice and quiet
Stewart (9/5): Awesome long weekend spent with family. Plenty of space for 7 adults, 1 child. - 100% perfect location. Beach, parks across the road. Restaurants, pools 5 mins walk. A big clump of long black hair caught in shower drain. Older building, could do with a refresh.

Eileen (6/5): Great location but NO aircon was hard. - Location was excellent. It was wonderful hearing the waves, seeing the sunrise and watching the storms across the ocean. Good amount of room. The lack of air-conditioning was rough on the first and last day. There were also not many power outlets to plug in the fans. Some of the windows didn't open. Also there isn't a ceiling fan in the bathroom to help reduce steam.
Bonnie (9/5): Good stay - It was a good stay close to the beach and restaurants The fly screen on the windows were dirty i had to clean them to get better air flow. It didn't affect my stay still had a good time
Dalton (10/5): - Location and the space was comfortable, the dedicated carpark space for this unit was a plus too. Not very clean, we cleaned under the couches and the beds. The bathroom needs a fan too.

No lock on bathroom door Sliding door to the terrace didn't close fully, so my 5 year old kept on escaping Some of the shutters were loose or fell off But all of the above were only minor and easily fixed.
Ellyse (8/5): We had an amazing stay in Caloundra, thank you very much for having us. - The location of the property was incredible! It was spacious enough for our big family! The property wasn’t very clean upon arrival and the bedrooms got extremely hot at night, even with the fans running.

Thomas (3/5): A good family holiday could have been a lot better . - I have written an email about my experience at San Clemente 1. The overall presentation of the unit was a bit shabby . Some of the timber blinds were missing /broken , the fly screens in the toilet and bathroom were heavily covered with dust/ fluff , the screen door to the unit was broken and the lock was inoperable and the clothes drier didn’t work . The unit is well located but needs some maintenance carried out .
