• Lynette (8/5): Great value, better if tv worked. - Great location to shops, sports and main roads. Self contained with large deck area. Lock up garage was a bonus. Wifi and tv wouldn’t work, sent email/text with no reply even though it said to contact them with any issues. Google maps gives wrong location.

• J Patricia (2/5): Budget Property good for no more than 2 adult couples & children only.couples - *The kitchen was a good size but no instructions for stove top use. *Bathroom was adequate *Two bedrooms were adequate *the balcony was a good size with out door table & chairs *Separate Laundry *Safety issue hole in kitchen wall, *No instructions on how to use the electric stove so could not cook breakfast *TV had so signal first night. Spoke with Pathie next morning re this & when we returned the remote was a different one *the TV was E the only one with operating instructions but the remote was not right…. Refer TV note above *one wall of Venetian blinds in four parts…. All with broken cords & difficult to open/close if not used to them. *Property is self rating as a 4.5 to 5 star However we gave it 2.5 to 3star max., We paid close to $300 per night for 2 nights being $580. Me being ex retired travel industry director would compare it with back packers standard . *my bed was a futon only & left made up for the whole stay * The only place we had to sit was the dining room/kitchen table *Cleanliness & the chemical smells was a problem for one of the Ladies. *The foyer was one (1) star

• Clair (7/5): Place was nice and clean thank you. - Called the host multiple times and finally someone met us with the key. A little confusing and frustrating but we got there in the end. Lock box with key would be easier No towels. Again had to call the owners and get towels sent. And towels were not there before we needed to leave for our event. Therefore we could not wash and freshen up after the 4 hr drive before the event like we wanted to. That was very disappointing. Towels were delivered thou and could shower after the event.

Well stocked kitchen with good amount of crockery, pots and pans and utensils. Very clean. Large terrace/balcony with outdoor setting. Separate laundry with washing machine and dryer. Large shopping centre across the road. Mattress a bit hard.

Only negative was the broken bed. - Friendly host, great location, close to sporting grounds we were attending, along with plenty of places to eat out. Very spacious room The sofa lounge was broken so it was a very uncomfortable poor nights sleep for one after playing football all day, he then had to play another full day of footy feeling quite stiff and sore as he ended up folding it up and sleeping on the lounge.

• David (10/5): Reasonable price with enjoyable sleep, relaxing and view 🌟 - Friendly staff with warm welcome, close to everything you need, beautiful view, good smell in the room, quiet morning, quiet night easy sleep, have everything you in the room (just more than hotel) not even need to ask for more, nice and clean, neat and tidy, free internet, valuable for the money. My family so happy with staying, we definitely come again, highly recommended 👍🏻✨ Just 2 little small things: should have some where to put return the keys after check out and garage door should upgrade with remote control. Besides these, all Perfect 👍🏻✨

• Sharee (9/5): Excellent location, and very secure. - Excellent location, Norm was extremely friendly and recommended the best coffee shop in the area (lived up to the expectations as well) extra blankets were great as us Queenslanders were cold!! Very secure with needing fob keys to access entrance after hours was great! Will stay again if ever back in the area. Hubby says mattresses were abit hard- could do with some new ones or even some mattress toppers. Garage was abit hard to get in and out… no fault of the property- construction in the area was making it difficult.

• Corinna (10/5): Exceptional - Close to where to go, very spacious and clean, plenty of room throughout the unit, easy access to the shops across the road, Norm makes sure you have everything that you need for your stay, the views of the lake from the balcony are amazing, although on a main road you don't hear any noise. That our stay was too short, could def stay longer if we didn't have to leave to go to work the next day 😞

Straight across from the Plaza and it backed onto the lake. Lovely sunrise view from the balcony. We had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. The host was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to others. I can’t fault anything.

Toilet paper kitchen roll salt and pepper coffee machine laundry detergent dishwasher tablets etc at some places these little details aren’t there or they are extra but Norm and his wife had thought of everything. Proximity to everything you can think of shops food cinema walking tracks etc Living space is a bit tight but we did have the fold out down. Beds were a bit soft- which is fine for some people but we all like firm beds

• Jeff (10/5): I recommend this venue for a short stay, mainly due the accessibility of restaurants and shopping. - This is an exceptional location, just accross the road from a modern shopping centre. A great choice of restaurants and more ecomomical shopping at the supermarkets. There were no real dislikes, the room was an odd shape but that caused no problems for us.
• Wooden (10/5): Great place for our family Christmas. - The apartment was exceptionally clean with the most amazing views of the lake. So convenient to the shopping precinct and yet felt very private. The huge balcony was amazing.

It’s was in a good location, very close to the shopping centre and had locked garage parking which was a bonus. The Apt was very clean and had what we needed for our short stay. • Tracey (9/5): Superb - The view was awesome, having 2 bedrooms, with very comfortable beds was great. Having a fully functioning kitchen was a bonus and also a laundry, although we were only here for 2 nights, we utilised the laundry, which meant we didn't have to take home much washing. Having the use of a private garage was amazing. Norman was very friendly and helpful 🙂 we loved our stay and would stay again when we return to Canberra 😊 There wasn't any thing we didn't like.

Washing water seems to run for ages to get to low water for small wash. May need to investigate. (Or I was doing something wrong) Lounge chair a little firm.
