• Ebru (3/5): Bir daha tercih etmem. Tavsiye etmiyorum - Location The location of the house was truly perfect. The owner was kind but only communicated with us over the phone. When we first entered the house, he stayed with us for just 2 minutes, and we never saw him again. Upon our arrival, the combi wasn’t working, and with his guidance, we managed to fill it with water and get it running. The house had no remote controls for the air conditioner or the television, so we were unable to operate them. When we called him regarding this issue, he mentioned that it was late or that he had work, and he couldn’t send anyone to assist. The kitchen equipment was quite old and unusable. The pans were scratched and unhygienic. The apartment had two floors, but the floor on the upper level was entirely wooden and old, which made a lot of noise when going down to the bathroom at night. We would like to inform everyone that we were not satisfied with this house. While the location was great, the comfort was very poor.
• Kseniia (8/5): Cozy, clean, and quiet room in a convenient area. - The apartment is conveniently located near the M3 metro station, making it quick and easy to reach the city center. There is a farmer's market nearby where you can find unique products from Italian farmers and experience authentic local life. The neighborhood is quiet and residential, but there are plenty of local cafés, restaurants, supermarkets, a shopping mall, and even bookstores within walking distance. We also found a great spa close to the studio. The room itself is well-equipped with all the listed amenities. The host was friendly, and everything was handled efficiently and on time. The apartment was clean, quiet, with soft towels and complimentary toiletries provided. I especially appreciated the well-stocked kitchen, which had plenty of cookware for preparing a homemade dinner. We stayed during cold weather, but the room was warm and comfortable. The shower had nice hot water!)) Thank you to the host for the hospitality! The only downside was that the mattress and pillows really need to be replaced. If you have a sensitive back, you might find it uncomfortable. This is an important detail, especially when traveling for leisure. A small suggestion: It would be great if a little sugar and a few tea bags were provided. On our first day, we had to buy a whole kilogram of sugar, a pack of tea, and coffee just to stick to our usual morning routine before heading out.

• Sarah (8/5): We had a fantastic time in Milan and the studio was a comfortable and convenient place to stay. - The studio was well-appointed and the location was ideal. Some of the crockery is cracked and chipped and the bathroom basin is slow to drain.
• Vito (3/5): Location is the best part of the apartment. Wasn't cleaned and was smelly. Good for only short stay. - Location was good, close to the metro station and Lidl. Apartment is located inside small residence so it is not open to the road. Kitchen is quite new and apartment is equipped with toaster, hair dryer, steam iron and vacume cleaner. Apartment wasn't cleaned. We had to clean it on our own. Dishes were dirty and had smudges. Bathroom was also dirty and we had to take shower in our slippers. Apartment is smelly. We stayed there 4 nights and we couldn't get rid of it. Windows are quite big and they couldn't close and everyone can look inside. We were given only one "welcoming" capsule for washing machine and only one pack of towels. There was small amount of dish soap and the used sponge was left on the floor close to the trash bin. The guy who welcomed us was nice and easy to communicate with. He brought us trash bags and drying rack, but he ignored us when we asked for dish soap and more wash capsules.

• Daniela (9/5): Superb - Really cute apartment, perfect for a few days in Milan. Well equipped and good location. Good communication with the host. We arrived a couple of hours earlier than expected and it was no problem to change our check in time at short notice. Much appreciated! Hot water runs out quickly. It's enough to get 2 people showered if you're very disciplined, but the first day we didn't know and were in for a cold surprise.

Boiler does not work - Great location, cute size The boiler didn’t work for most of the time we stayed there, it annoyingly turned off every-time we got in the shower (from reading reviews this seems to have been a problem for a while). No basic cooking incredients, e.g olive oil.
