- Buddhika (7/5): Good - Accommodation was in good condition and close to Shin Osaka station. The room was less spacious compared to what I had in Kyoto. The bathroom and other facilities were ok. We had a bit of a drama with the door lock code but it was sorted quickly. Also the Internet was not operational when we arrived but it was rectified within a few hours. I booked the room based on booking.com description of availability of washing facilities (see attached photos) but the room did not have a washing machine or iron. So I had to take them out for washing. The fridge was in the place where the washing machine was supposed to be. After checking with the owner, he confirmed there was no washing facility in the room. The outside of the room was not that clean. Probably it needs a bit of cleaning and freshenup.
- Palvs (9/5): Overall great - -Fantastic location, close to the train station, surrounded by convenient stores. - Rooms are soundproofed, clean, and well-maintained. - Peaceful and quiet atmosphere. There was a one-day Wi-Fi outage during our stay, which was inconvenient.
