• TAKAKO (10/5): - 清潔で広かったです。急な排水の詰まりがあったそうで、工事作業があるとメールをいただきましたが、ニオイが気になることもなく何のトラブルも感じませんでした。 脱衣場がないので、バスローブ的な羽織りものを持っていくといいかもですね。
• Tomoko (5/5): 宿泊は寝るだけだから節約したいという方におすすめ - 新大阪から近いので何処へ行くのも便利 近くにコンビニがある 価格がリーズナブル 掃除機、コロコロ、ドライヤーがある チェックイン時クーラーで部屋を冷やしておいてくれる 誰にも会わずチェックイン出来るのは気持ちが楽でよい 二段ベッド、お風呂トイレ別 一階のエントランスが写真と違ってあまりいい状態じゃなかった トイレのスリッパがなかった ゴミをどのように分けてどの袋にいれておくのかわからなかった

• Larisa (4/5): - Esta cerca de Shin Osaka. Puede estar bien para una noche. Nos costó encontrarlo porque Google Maps te manda a otro lugar y ni los taxistas ni la gente sabían adónde quedaba. Se escuchaba el tren. No tiene las cosas básicas

• San (9/5): Superb - Location is excellent, just a 5 minute walk to Shin Osaka station. There are several convenience stores nearby. Host was really helpful. All the facilities and services worked as expected. The building seems a bit unattended, but the whole neighborhood felt really quiet.I would have preferred one bed less to have more space in the room. The beds were not that comfortable, but not bad either.
• Hiroko (10/5): Perfect location. The manager and staff were helpful. - The manager and staff were very helpful and friendly. My son forgot our iPads on the bed when we checked out the hotel. I contacted the manager via Booking.com messenger system and via email. When I rushed back to the hotel, the cleaning staff was there and he kept the iPads inside. (Near the door) Phew! He was a lifesaver! Thank you so much! My kids said that the beds were comfortable and they slept very well. We could not find the password of Wifi in the room when we checked in, so I emailed the manager and promptly she replied me. It was super easy and we were happy! The location was extremely handy from the exit 7 of Merto Osaka “Shin-Osaka station”. I really recommend this place to stay when you use “Shin-Osaka” for metro and for Shinkansen. There was only one plastic mug cup, so it was hard to enjoy warm drinks for more than two people at the same time.
