• Claire (3/5): Not right for us - Good location Did not like the plastic sheets on the furniture although understand why owner felt this was necessary. Felt the bedding and towels were old / tired. Property was old but spotlessly clean and clearly very well maintained. We did not like the layout of the property and the lack of an attractive view - we have a young family and spend significant time in any holiday rental. Therefore consider view to be important. feel owner had done what he could to provide some outdoor space.

Absolutely great communicator, which makes everything so much more personal as an experience. Location is great and close to the foreshore with amenities just a walk away. The villa community it is situated in is nice and quiet with my kids loving the pool. Cannot fault this property nor its owner, will 100% stay again.
• Wesley (9/5): Comfortable and close to where you should be in Mandurah - Location to restaurants, Mandurah foreshore and beach was fantastic, 3x bedroom was comfortable and a very nice layout, would definitely look at staying at this property again in the future Not that you can unfortunately do anything about this but the garage is to small (length issue) for 4x4 Utes but we did manage to park 1x vehicle just outside the gate and 1x in parking bays inside the gate

• Carina (9/5): Fantastic getaway - We went over Christmas and were pleasantly surprised about how well the house was equipped. We had everything we needed to whip up a big Christmas lunch. Very comfy house, nice and quiet to sleep and in walking distance to the main strip and boat cruises in Mandurah.

• Veronika (10/5): We much preferred our stay at Serenity to a hotel stay! - The location of the house is great to the centre of Mandurah, only about 2 min drive to the tourist centre. The house was quiet and the swimming pool was perfect for our kids and also grandparents, the water is heated by solar panels and it reaches a nice temperature by the afternoon. The house is spacious and very comfortable and had everything we needed. The only disadvantage for us was that all bedrooms are upstairs which I had overlooked when booking the accommodation and we had an elderly person with us who struggled going up the stairs. Luckily there was an extra bed downstairs they could use.
