Sharon (9/5): Great location 5 minutes from metro, restaurants and comfortable lodging. - Location, facilities and very comfortable beds. Rooms were small but it had everything needed and larger than a hotel room. Getting inside - it took about 30 minutes to reach someone after repeated tries. Keypad pin was sent with instructions but not code for locked door which was the issue. Booking customer service was not a help - email the property management directly. My phone could not make calls - only texts and email.
Carolina (10/5): This places ticks all the boxes: comfortable, convenient and clean. - The location was excellent. Only 15 mins from Haneda airport. The place was very comfortable, practical and clean. As a first time traveller to Tokyo this accomodation is a great introduction. It felt homely.
