- Hiroko (1/5): 最悪。こんな体験初めて。 - ダブルブッキングで宿泊できませんでした。先に12/14〜12/18まで予約した家族がいて、宿泊できず、電話しても時間外で繋がらず、前払いで返金しないと書いてあり、場所も分かりにくい。ビルの表記もアルファベットではなく、間違いかと思います。他のホテルを探すのに大変でした。

- yoshiko (6/5): 駅近 コンビニもすぐ! TVはないけれど。 - 日暮里の駅から近かった。入り組んだ場所かと思ったけど、(警ら中のお巡りさんに助けを求めたら)通り沿いの場所でコンビニも非常に近く助かった。バスタオル、歯ブラシ、シャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディソープ、ハンガー、室内スリッパ、冷蔵庫があり、助かった。 TVがない。3階まで階段のみ。バスタブにカーテンがなく、シャワーすると便器までびしょ濡れになった。脱衣所がないので、ついたてがあると良かった。部屋に入るのに手間取った。入口にあるポストに鍵が入っているとスムーズに入れる(大阪がそうでした)。
- BOZENA (3/5): - Trudno znaleźć pokoje pięcioosobowe a tu było wystarczająco miejsca. Dostałam inny pokój niż w potwierdzeniu rezerwacji, tylko 3 ręczniki na pięć osób a próby zgłoszenia reklamacji zostały bez odpowiedzi.
- Jay (1/5): I don't recommend this site - close to the subway It was not a good experience at this site. From the beginning we sent an email notifying that the bed base of one of the beds was broken, there was no response. The next day after showering we saw that the bath water was seeping through the wall and there was water at the entrance. We wrote two emails two days and there was no response and we used the towels to dry it. In the end we had to go to shower every day in a public bathroom. The apartment was the number 2
