Guest Reviews
- Pelenaise (10/5): To sum it up this stay was convenient to us first timers to Japan and made our stay extra special so thank you for your - Loved this hidden but close to everything the train station & the convenient stores house. Super clean and everything was provided for us towels & even toilet paper. Enjoyed our 2 week get away and will definitely recommend 1000% to those with big families like us islanders. Very spacious and well kept clean which is exceptional. Nothing loved every bit of this property!!!!
- David (10/5): Very nice departure from the cramped business hotels, perfect for families. - The unit is a two-story home (well, technically three, but the stairs to the roof are off-limits) located in a typical older Tokyo neighborhood. There are small grocery and convenience stores nearby, as well as a hospital, two train stations, an Ito Yokado mall, and plenty of places to eat at. The first floor has two toilets, a shower, and two bedrooms. The second floor has a bath tub/shower, washer, kitchen with a decent sized fridge, dining area with TV, and living room with sofa beds. You do hear the trains, but it isn't noisy to me, and actually helps me sleep. The neighbors are sweet, but we also try our best not to make too much noise. The area has many parks for kids to play in, so it is really a great place for small families. The layout of the place is great, but it would have been nice to have a toilet on the second floor (my parents are elderly and I worried when they had to use the stairs often).Coming from Hawaii, it always takes getting used to when it comes to sorting trash-- but we are not allowed to dump trash at the roadside collection area. Instead, we are to contact the landlord and arrange for them to pick up any trash. It is easy to contact the landlord and they are quick to respond. The tub and ventilation system do not have English instructions, but to activate the tub plugh, press the button on the edge of the tub by the covers. To turn the water on, use the computer interface above the kitchen to seta time for the water to fill the tub. As for drying clothes, the digital display on the wall where the tub door is has a setting to blow warm air on any clothes hanging over the tub. Sorry, I do not recall the procedure offhand, I just did it from memory. You can use Google Translate to figure it out, I'm sure.
- Jocelyn (5/5): Just average but best location - Its complete kitchen supplies Not enough supplies like tissue and bed sheets for the group.
