• Marko (4/5): Stanovanje je potrebno korenite prenove! - Lokacija. Stanovanje je potrebno korenite prenove! Slike ne odražajo dejanskega stanja stanovanja. O posteljah in dotrajanemu uničenemu kavču ne bi izgubljal besed. Pomanjkljivost je tudi jedilni pribor, kozarci, skodelice in vse ostalo za več kot 5 oseb.

• Sofia (9/5): - Appartamento in centro a pochi passi da tutti i monumenti più belli da visitare , staff gentilissimo e disponibilissimo Appartamento un po' da rinnovare
• Giulia24 (10/5): - Appartamento a 10 minuti a piedi da piazza di Spagna, con la metro A sotto casa. Molto grande e spazioso, due bagni essenziali per noi che eravamo in 8. Sono stati molto gentili a farci lasciare gli zaini nei loro uffici ( a pochi passi dall'appartamento ) sia quando siamo arrivati sia il giorno in cui siamo ripartiti.

• Cristiane (5/5): - Bem Localizado Atendimento no escritório péssimo, atendente mal educado e deu poucas informações. Internet, estava com os fios, cabos e roteador tudo no chão, tanto que cortou um fio e ficamos sem internet toda a estadia . Pouco papel higiênico, sabonete de péssima qualidade pelo valor cobrado nas diárias. Água do chuveiro com pouquíssima pressão, tampa do vaso solta, limpeza a desejar , sem capa nos edredons, só com lençóis . Não gostamos , ficamos hospedados em Florença e Veneza em apartamentos e esse foi péssimo , não recomendamos.

• Katarzyna (9/5): Pobyt uznaje za bardzo dobry i zdecydowanie polecam - Super kompleksowy obiekt, bardzo czysto i komfortowo zdecydowanie polecam dla dwóch rodzin 2+2 , bardzo blisko do wszystkich punktów które warto odwiedzić. Metro i stacje autobusowe bardzo blisko. Dookoła dużo restauracji w przystępnych cenach W jednym z pokoi klimatyzacja działa jako wiatrak nie chłodzi
• Esther (8/5): - La ubicación y la atención del personal No estaba del todo limpio y el sofá cama era muy incómodo. Dos personas no pudieron dormir ahí. La puerta de entrada es súper estrecha y hay que entrar de lado. Con maleta grande no se si hubieramos podido pasar.

• Cristian (8/5): Foarte frumos - LOcatia a fost foarte buna. faptul ca a avut 2 bai a fost iar foarte bine si la fel ca au fost 3 camere. Galagia. Geamurile sunt foarte prost izolate si se aude foarte tare galagia din strada

• Trussi (7/5): One of the best locations in Rome! - Location, location, location. The kitchen is very small.
• Nuno (8/5): A very nice stay in an amazing location beside some problems on dealing with noise. - Amazing location, very close to historical center, turistic points of interest and overall area seemed very calm and high end region. Unfortunately our visit has been coincident with constructions happening in the building (including on a Saturday) and starting at relatively early hours (8am) that structs out from our sleep. In addition the noise isolation from the windows is not ideal and therefore we were sometimes harassed by the loud noises made by the seagulls in Rome Streets.

• Ann-marie (7/5): The apartment was as expected. Great central location. - Great location. Generally clean and spacious. Small kitchen. Would’ve liked an air conditioning unit in living area. Net curtains were stained. Apartment could do with a fresh coat of paint.

• Anh (3/5): Poor - Good location. But need to walk up like a hill. Not suitable for old people or someone can’t go up a hill. Bad cleaning before checkin. Leaking air conditioner without support from host. Dirty air conditioner. Old towels provided. Host request guests to throw all garbage before checkout but did not guide how to dump all garbage.
• Michail (8/5): Very good pleasant stay - Location, spacious, 2 bathrooms, fully equiped kitchen 2 out of 3 radiators in the bedrooms werent working so there was a bit cold at night

• Alberto (10/5): Exceptional - Everything perfect. The place super comfortable for 6 people. We spent only one night but I would recommend for longer staying. The communication was very good and the staf very kind. The check in online gives you a lot of freedom regarding your time. Definitely I would come back!

• Melissa (6/5): it was ok - spacious and great location much more complicated than a hotel (check in requires internet, garbage is quite far from the appartement). the walls are stained and dirty.
• Maree (3/5): We loved Rome….but the accommodation was terrible we couldn’t wait to get out of the accommodation - Location Mattress was dirty & stained. Shower drain kept flooding every time you used the shower. The other shower had no pressure. Curtains were dirty. Pillows were terrible & dirty. It stated as a apartment but we couldn’t use the dishwasher or washing machine to wash the towels! Not enough toilet paper, 2 rolls for 5 people. . One soap for 5 people. Walls were dirty & marked. Before each tourist season you give the place a good clean & replace pillows & buy a mattress protector
• Magdalena (6/5): Pleasant - The Location was perfect. Easy access and check in. It was partially renovated so the bathrooms were very nicely done. Place seems a little bit abounded, the wall are very dirty. The places left cold and not cozy at all. The sofa beds were in a very bad condition, very squeake.

• Zineb (7/5): Good - The geographic situation of the apartment is perfect. It is super well located near to the trevi fountain and the spanish steps. The apartment is spatious. The kitchen is very very poorly equiped. There weren't even little spoons nor a pan to cook (there was a very dirty and old pan), no big bowls. The beds were not very comfortable especially the sofa beds. The apartment is very badly isolated from the noise in the street.
• Nicholas (10/5): A wonderful stay in a perfect location - Perfectly located in a beautiful old building. Property was very clean with all the amenities we needed. The building lift was interesting - very historical though.
• Gannon (6/5): Pleasant - The keys that were given to us did not unlock the unit. We were locked out waiting for the property manager to come let us into the unit for about 40 minutes. The washer was broken and spilled water all over the kitchen floor, and some of the furniture was broken.
