• Steven Miller (9/5): Great location. Very clean and well maintained unit. Very responsive landlord. All in all, Very Good - The apartment was very clean and well maintained. The landlord provided many accessories that were useful to have such as i) space heaters, ii) scissors, iii) small tools, iv) plenty of hangers, v) two laundry bags, and various other small furnishings and accessories that are very useful for everyday living. The landlord is very responsive and helpful. Also, the location worked out very well for us. We did not have a car. We were able to walk to most places we needed to go. Being so close to the Kensington Market area was a big plus. Being a reasonable walk to the U of Toronto area was also a big plus.
• Paula (10/5): Super value and a super location for exploring - Great apartment everything you might need and near china town and Kensington market . We walked and explored our way to the waterfront but there is lots of easy public transport nearby

• Lepage (10/5): Exceptional - I was attending a 3 day event at University of Toronto athletic facility. It was n easy 10min walk. The place was very comfortable, superbly equipped, extremely clean. The location was great for restaurants, close to Kensington market area. Lots of great walking and wandering to do in the area Nothing

• Escoobydoo (9/5): nice location, good value for money, spacious and clean. comfortable for a 4-people stay. - location, cleanliness, huge TV (for people who like this :) ) One bedroom was at the entrance of the house (probably living room made into bedroom), although not a problem for us, it might be for other people if access to the entrance is needed when someone is sleeping in that room.
