• LeTrell (3/5): I would not book here again - I like the view from the balcony. Very nice living area. The bed shown on the pictures has a leg that’s through the flooring as well as the cover shown in the photos for the top floor was super dirty and hairy, I wish I had a photo to booking. The flooring is very cheap to the point of if you you jump you would fall through the flooring. The cleanliness could have been better. It seems this place just exists for money and that’s it.

• noriko (10/5): 立地も悪くないし、また使いたい！ - 万博のために宿泊。 駅は歩いて行ける距離にあり便利。 近くにセブンイレブンもある。 寝室が3つあり、ベッドは4つ。 家族4人で十分ゆっくりできました！ お風呂も広くて良かった！ ⭐︎駐車場ありとのことでここにしましたが、宿の前の道幅がかなり狭くて、セレナだと駐車するのに苦労しました。運転に自信がない人だと停められないかも？事前にそういった情報があれば良かったです。 ⭐︎寝室の電気はは全て調光不可。寝る時は付いてるか、真っ暗かどちらかとなるのですが、ランプがない部屋もあったので、全ての部屋にランプがあれば良かった。

• MIYUKI (7/5): 一応良かったです。 - お部屋が広くて、沢山部屋が使えたのでファミリーでの宿泊にとても良かったです。 寝室のエアコンが壊れていて、子供たちが暑くて可哀想でした。他の部屋のドアを開けてクーラーを届けるようにして寝ました。

• Sahil (1/5): Bad Experience Ever - Nothing It Was A Horrible Experience. Location Is So Far From All Main Area's. there was no hot water so we have to leave without taking shower, also washrooms are not attached so you have to go to different floor to use washroom. Stairs are too small and risky, specially if you are with luggage.
• Errol (6/5): It was ok but it could be better - the location was good for trains, trams and small shops around the area , all the facilities you can think of is nearby the property and is good location to visit all the popular places in Japan. Yes the stairs are a bit steep to get to the rooms when going up or down the stairs , And it would be better that they spend sometime to make clear instructions on how to use the facilities i,e Washing machine , Aircon, Bath.

• John (8/5): Very good - Convenient and equipped with a car park. One of the Aircons is not working. Quite hot during the night. The car park is very small. Very challenging to park your car. The house is very narrow and in four storeys. All the rooms are on second and third floors. Two toilets are located on ground and first floor. The stairs are very steep and kind of dangerous to go toilet in the middle of the night. I would not recommend if you have elderly customers.
• Sandra (10/5): I will stay here again when I return to visit family - Clean, well organized, comfortable and great location to Sumiyoshi train station and park Nothing, but steep stairs make it not ideal for young children and senior citizens
• Tucep (5/5): Good sleep and comfortable beds, however, we didn't enjoy our overall stay. - The beds are comfortable, bedrooms are beautifully dressed, decor is lovely, house is modern, big bathroom with toilet and washing machine. Most kitchen essentials provided. Bath towel and face cloth for each guest. There is a 2nd Street Store and 7-Eleven nearby. 1) The part of the street where the house is located is quite narrow. As much as I tried, my Mazda CX-8 could not be backed in or parked forward into the house garage because how narrow the garage carpark and street is. Therefore had to use the coin parking around the corner. Garage parking is only suitable for compact cars or small suvs. Long cars will not fit. 2) The house is 4-levels which is fine however the staircases are like ladders - very steep and narrow! Although there are handrails, it was such a mission going up and down these stairs everyday. 4th-level (attic room) stairs are even steeper. We kept all our suitcases on the 2nd level in the lounge/dining room area, so we didn't have to carry them up to the bedrooms or go up and down to get clothes, etc. 3) The shower/bath room is on the 1st-level (Ground level) near the front door and is quite cold due to no heating. 4) The house is quite cold if you didn't have the heat pump on, and had a damp unpleasant smell that lingered around the whole time we were there. My niece even complained of having the smell on her clothing whenever we would leave the house. 5) Nowhere to hang wet towels in the bathroom or dry them other than on the clothes rack with the heat pump on in the lounge. 6) No kitchen towel for drying dishes, only a microfibre cloth for wiping kitchen bench.
• Yee (10/5): Wonderful stay in Osaka - + Clean and new apartment + Cosy decor and comfortable beds + Good size for the five of us + Free parking and wifi + Great location; A short walk to Sumiyoshitaisha station (Nankai Line) and is just a few stations to Namba (Dotonburi) The stairs are a bit steep so need to be careful for old folks
• Yy (9/5): Superb - Private and quiet Bathroom at first level is quite cold during our trip as there is no room heater.
