Roman (1/5): scam, excroci, - From the accommodation conditions to the staff, everything is deplorable. The room does not look like the pictures. He descends through an unsanitary staircase into a kind of cellar. The room has no windows. The walls are affected by mold. The furniture is damaged. Poor quality linen and I think it is washed very rarely or not at all. For accommodation, a guarantee of 140 euros is retained, which they will refuse to return. The staff is very rude, rude even. Don't make the mistake of choosing this room. Complaining to Booking.com doesn't help you at all.
