Barbara (6/5): Zweckmäßig und zentral, aber viel zu finster. - Die Ausstattung war zweckmäßig, die Räume waren ausreichend groß und die Lage sehr zentral. Der Hauptraum hatte keine Fenster und daher war es extrem dunkel und ungemütlich.
Sylvia (9/5): The best location, views and much more. - We LOVED this property - the location is fantastic - only a few minutes from the Rialto Bridge and everything you want to see. The view from the windows in the bedroom was amazing! Gondola’s passing your window all day! The kids loved sitting on the window sill saying hi to people. The aesthetics of the apartment (modern snd stylish) and room lighting made it a very please g stay for us. We had access to the washer and dryer from the hotel next door which was convenient. A property representative met us at the Rialto Bridge to take us to the property which was helpful and it was one less thing we needed to think about with 2 young kids. The beds were comfortable - not too soft. Good quality pillows. The property has no stairs. We would definitely stay there again. We had a minor issue with the air conditioning. Each split system had a remote plus a wall mounted control system. We noticed that the air conditioning was turning on by itself during the night so we suspected there was a timer set. We removed the timer from the remote but it continued. We checked the wall mounted control system and turned the scheduling off however it still continued. We could not stop it from turning on throughout the night. We had to switch appliances off from the electrical switchboard just so it was a bit more predictable and we had control. It wasn’t a huge deal and the positives definitely out way this minor issue. It would be helpful if the property management ensure all air conditioners do not have timer set or are set on a program.

Deborah (9/5): Excellent spacious apartment within minutes of Rialto Bridge and Vaporetto Stop - Excellent location only minutes from Rialto Bridge and Vaporetto Stop. Immaculately clean and very spacious. 2 large bedrooms and comfortable beds. Well appointed modern bathroom. All mod cons that are needed for a comfortable stay. Tucked away in quiet courtyard. Excellent base to explore all that Venice has to offer. There was nothing we didn’t like about the property other than it was quite dark as not much natural light. The property also has no balcony (but we knew this when booking so not a negative as such just an observation).
