• Paola (1/5): Feustrante e super mal gerida pelo anfitrião. - Localização Contratei a estadia a partir de quarta feira dia 22/4/26 e chegando a hospedagem fui super mal tratada pela portaria, onde fui informada que não teria reserva em meu nome. Tive que de noite, chamar outro uber e procurar outra hospedagem com gasto totalmente fora previsto. E o anfitrião não fez nada por mim. E não recebi nem o cancelamento da diária a qual não tive acesso ao apartamento. Fiquei indignada! Achei total falta de respeito e consideração. E ainda tinha traças no lençol e travesseiro.
• Priscila (7/5): Estadía Regular - A localização é muito boa, acesso ao Studio também. Lavabderia fácil de utilizar. A limpeza e conservação do local. Tampa da privada quebrada, tampa da lixeira também (da outra vez que estive lá já estava, avisei e continua). Porta do banheiro está bem suja/manchada. Dessa vez tinha menos loucas e talheres que da última vez - apena um garfo. Senti uma piora no local.

• Priscila (10/5): - A localização é muito boa. O apartamento estava bem equipado. O anfitrião deu rápidos respostas quando tivemos dúvidas. Realmente, recomendamos.
• Cruvinel Fernandes (7/5): - Boa acomodação, ambiente bem limpo e organizado. Após uma longa viagem, cansado, ao chegar já a noite, fiquei por aproximadamente uma hora tentando resolver sobre o estacionamento, pois os funcionários não sabiam orientar e nem resolver.

The building has good security, both tight and friendly. A special shoutout to the host, who truly elevated my stay with their kindness, quick responses, and prompt solutions. Thank you !
• John (8/5): Very good - We found the apartment clean and the double bed was comfortable. The shower cubicle is small but the shower is powerful. There was a smell of bad drains in the morning in the bathroom which is disappointing in a modern building. The Viaduto Onze de Julho motorway is immediately below, so ear plugs are a necessity at night unless you are a heavy sleeper. We provided our identity information to the owner, who speaks English, several days in advance, but disappointingly he forgot to share it with the building staff, so we were denied entry upon our arrival; luckily the owner happened to be contactable. The owner provided a parking space but the image of a QR access code that he shared only intermittently worked at the barrier, so we had to use parking tickets (part of the underground parking is commercialised) which resulted in a later hassle of negotiating with the parking attendants to leave without being charged. The nearby area is mixed residencial and commercial. It is a relatively safe area of the city but at night there are hardly any pedestrians. If walking, the AACD Servidor metro station (Line 5) is about 10 minutes away, while by walking under the motorway the area of Vila Clementino offers supermarkets and a selection of restaurants between 10 to 20 minutes away. The location is best suited to using a car or taxis.
