• Chantal (5/5): - Es war eine schön grosse Wohnung mit viel Platz. In der Küche war es sehr Schmutzig. Der Backofen war nicht Sauber. Für den Geschirrspüler gab es keine Tabs. Ein paar Tücher zum Duschen war noch feucht.

• Barbara (7/5): - We had a good stay, it was very clean, the accommodation is a bit further from the city centre but it's manageable, it's 20 min by walk. There is a shared bathroom that was very clean. The street is busy with cars but we had no issue in the night with noise. We recommend this place! The bed covers were small though, it was suitable only for one person, another bed cover is necessary and an additional or bigger table would have been nice

• Stefanie (8/5): Nette zentrale Ferienwohnung - Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral. Einige Restaurants und Geschäfte sind zu Fuß sehr gut erreichbar. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr groß, hat vier Doppelbetten aufgeteilt auf zwei separate Schlafzimmer, sowie einen Wohnbereich mit großem Esstisch und einer großen Couch. Die Küche hat eine solide Grundausstattung. Die Parkmöglichkeiten sind sehr begrenzt. Gäste vom Restaurant benutzen ebenfalls die "Mieter Parkplätze" und verstellen somit die Parkplätze, die zusätzlich zu bezahlen sind.

Thank you! - Parking was convenient and mostly always empty (we've been in February) - The size of the appartment was great, and the beds were big. - The room was clean when we arrived. - Dining table was very big and with good chairs. - We've missed a few basic items that you would expect to see. Toilet paper was missing and hand soap also. - Sleeping blankets were also very basic, and pillows were of very poor quality. - Kitchen utilities were of low quality. - We stayed 5 days, and dust from the old furniture was already visible on last days. - Wifi has very complex password. Adding QR code to paper with password would be beneficial
• Martin (8/5): - Die komplette Buchung war ziemlich unkompliziert und das Personal war sehr freundlich. Wir haben mit meinen Kollegen beschlossen, auch nächstes Jahr wieder ein Zimmer bei euch zu buchen. Ich habe 20 Jahre in der Gastronomie gearbeitet und bin bei der Sauberkeit sehr streng. Das ist der einzige Punkt, bei dem ich euch empfehlen würde, euch ein wenig zu verbessern.

• JOCHEN (7/5): - Lage war top Die Wohnung war nicht beheizt als wir abends ankamen, Fenster standen offen... es war bei 0 Grad draußen auch fast nicht mehr möglich die Wohnung warm zu bekommen => schlafen im Hoddie. Ansonsten war die Unterkunft super.

• Barbara (7/5): Perfekt für 1-2 Nächte - Völlig unkomplizierte, kontaktlose Schlüsselübergabe, sauberes Zimmer, sehr sauberes Gemeinschaftsbad Fön hatte nur einen deutschen Stecker, der sich nicht nutzen ließ. Das Zimmer war extrem hellhörig, aber es gibt Ruhezeiten. Das Fenster geht zur vielbefahrenen Straße hin.

• Catherine (5/5): Je ne pense pas revenir et j'ai écourté mon séjour - L'emplacement. Il n'y avait pas de petit déjeuner, fermé ouvert le soir. Pas de possibilité d'avoir une place dans les zones bleues, j'ai pu utiliser la place privée contre CHF 20.- pour chaque nuit, ce qui s'ajoute aux frais de parking en journée en ville. Pas assez de papier toilette le premier jour. Couverture un peu juste et oreiller déformé. Une couverture en plus aurait été bien car la deuxième nuit était plus fraiche, endroit bruyant, rue très passante et fenêtres qui laissent aussi passer l'air.

• Shirelle (6/5): Basic apartments and encountered issues with owner - Large apartments/ rooms with all the essentials Really doesn't have anything above the bare minimum in the rooms, quite a bit of the furniture was broken. The owner didn't have our booked room available and gave us a different room for the first 2 nights, but for the third night had NOTHING available - luckily our friends also stayed in a different apartment so we crashed in their apartment but we didn't get the full refund for the night as promised and it's crazy that our booked room wasn't free for us - the host hasn't responded to us since.

• Debra (10/5): Comfortable and close to bus services and town. - The bed was very comfortable. Room very clean. Shared bathroom was fine and the shower was lovely. I felt very safe travelling on my own.

J ai du contacter le hôte pour me communiquer le code du boîtier sécurisé, le code que j ai eu sur la confirmation de réservation était erronée.

Also a supermarket nearby so amazing location! The manager, Dimitri, is a really nice person as well, always ready to help! Thank you!!

• Roberto (5/5): Il costo della struttura è basso ma anche il livello del servizio. - Bene le dimensioni della camera e la pulizia. Buono l'isolamento acustico della finestra prospicente la strada. Materasso comodo. La porta del bagno comune è veramente MOLTO rumorosa (cigola!, basterebbe un po' di lubrificante...), di notte ci ha svegliato più volte l'unico altro ospite della struttura che ha usato il bagno più volte (e poi fatto varie telefonate con il viva-voce a tutte le ore della notte e si sentivano nonostante le due porte chiuse). Manca un cestino dei rifiuti in camera e nel bagno un gancio per l'asciugamano ed una superficie dove appoggiare un beauty-case. Non abbiamo trovato istruzioni per il wi-fi. Dove erano i locali comuni??? Abbiamo solo trovato porte chiuse.

Na dole restauracja, jednak z wysokimi cenami w porównaniu z innymi w mieście. Nie było informacji o tym że nie ma zwykłych europejskich gniazdek na prąd co bardzo utrudniło nam pobyt.

But you should book shared bathroom rooms, are cheaper and have hot water We arrived around 17,30, we had a 2 bedroom apartment, number 8, second floor. In the kitchen and bathroom there was no hot water. I called the owner at about 18,30 and explained the problem. He told me that probably, the previous guests had used all the hot water. He also told me that in St Gallen there is a rule that does not allow boilers heating water before 19h or 20h, he was not sure. I understood and I went out with my family. We came back around 21,30 and the water was still cold. This time, the owner told me: 1. Maybe the city didn’t start the heating. I replied that, in the shared shower one floor downstairs, with its own boiler of 100l, there is hot water. The shared bathroom is in a small hall with 3 rooms and a front door marked with 24 tasch. 2. He told me again that the boiler can’t start earlier if it is over 99l and maybe it will start later. He also said that the shared bathroom belongs to the restaurant and we have to wait. I replied that I would leave the water flowing while waiting. He told me that the guests from other appartment (9-10 people) had maybe used all the warm water and he would call them. He put his romanian girlfriend on the phone and she repeated the same story in a different languege. 3. Meanwhile, my husband asked around in the restaurant but they did not know about the boiler rule. 4. The owner called back and told us to use the shared shower, because there are no guests in the 3 rooms on first floor. 5. I checked the Booking app and the other appartment was available, there were not 9-10 people as the owner told us. 6. We went to sleep around 22,30, when there still was no warm water. I hate the waste so I did not let the water flow.. 7. We woke up at 8,30-9,00, there was still no warm water. 8. I wrote to the owner “Hello, there is no warm water. But in the other bathrooms, for those other 3 rooms , there is warm water even now. So, there is no such rule in St Gallen.

• Jürgen (7/5): Preiswerte Übernachtungsmöglichkeit - Erwarten Sie für den Preis keinen Luxus - aber das Bett war bequem, das Zimmer und das Bad sauber, und das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, allerdings ist über die Feiertage niemand vor Ort, aber telefonisch gut erreichbar. Es ist für den Preis eine angemessene Übernachtungsmöglichkeit in guter Zentrums naher Lage.

• Leanne (5/5): Very basic, no amenities other than WiFi. - Location was good and the bed was very large and comfortable. WiFi was very good. The bed was king size but only had one twin size duvet (not sufficient for 2 people). I asked for a second one, but it never arrived. Extra toilet paper needs to be readily available with a shared bathroom. The light in the hall outside the 3 apts was not working and we couldn't figure out how to turn it on. More pillows would be great, equally, more comfortable chairs to sit on (only 2 small wooden chairs). We were given 2 very small towels, not sufficient. Luckily I had brought my own.

Sharing bathroom wasn’t a problem. Lock for the bedroom door broken. Very difficult to operate the dead bolt. Only provided a bath towel. No hand towel.

• Vitalii (6/5): Pleasant - We met a very good host Dmitriy who gave us a lot of information about the city and places nearby to visit. He works in restaurant as well and I ordered delicious food. 1. It was hot weather and there is no conditioner in the room. At night we needed to open the window but it was very noicy because of the street traffic. So, we had to choose between heat and noice. 2. We saw at the picture that the room is with kitchen and fridge but we were dissapointed that there was no fridge there because we have some grocery things with. Later we were explain that these pichture belong to other rooms.

This location;never a second time I don't like to share a bathroom iff there is only one toilet in..

There was toilet paper, soap for hand washing, single use slippers and towel. But no paper towel, shampoo or shower gel. Power and fiber cable loosely hanging down from 2 meter high router!

• Gregg (6/5): I had the wrong impression... - The facilities are clean and the bed comfortable. The room is described as a "whole apartment, with all the privacy of home". I didn't notice that it also said "shared bathroom" under facilities. It is not a whole apartment. It is a bedroom. We had to wait for over an hour until the other guests finished showering. My expectations were different. A water cooker to make tea or coffee would have also made the stay nicer. The description of how to find the room was unclear.
