• carlos (10/5): Location! Location! Location! - Clean studio in a prime location. I read previous comments and just didn't see the problem. Perhaps the bit of mold on shower window. Otherwise it was a perfect stay! Location can't possibly be more privileged Its a tired old building and they are currently doing repairs. So you will see debris, scaffolding etc. Everywhere. But inside your studio is completely different. Lift doesn't stop on your floor. Use stairs on left. W/D are located one floor up.

• Kaili (1/5): Terrible - Location Get the key from the CT convenient market.Some of the facility do not work very well such as the water tap, toilet seat.The door is made of wood and easy to be force entry. It is very noise,can hear lots of sound and voice outside. Worrying the safety when stay.
• Jan (7/5): Great place with no frills for a good price. - Possibility of easily collecting the keys 24/7. The apartment is in a great location. Very quiet (partly because there's no proper window - only one facing courtyard:) Access to the rooftop = great views, especially in the evening! Inside very basic which is OK for the price offered. Damaged kitchen tap (but still working just inconvenient)
• David (7/5): Could do better - Loved its central location and it was warm. Sink faucet was broken and dusting would help as lots of duct in corners and along ledge work
• Paul (6/5): I would definitely use the accommadation again. - Its central location to the transport hubs and Melbourne CBD The smell outside of the apartment (although the odour did not permeate into the apartment itself.
• Emily (6/5): Conveniently located and fair for a short sole trip - It was perfect for 1 person on a 2 day trip and was central to a lot of things. Convenient location outside of tram stop My room had a musty smell, possibly cigarettes. The light above the bed also had a flickering and blown globe. When keying in at 11pm at night after a concert I struggled to open the door. I tried multiple times and had to push before I could pull it open.

• Tadashi (1/5): The worst apartment - none This owner is crazy. The key didn't work properly and I couldn't get in several times, but the owner didn't offer any support. The owner gave me an emergency contact number but I have never been able to get through to them. Booking.com should improve to allow owners like this to be given a "0" rating.
• Will (7/5): Okay - Everything seemed clean and good size and location for money The whole place has a smell to it, like it was once smoked in for years.
• Garth (7/5): Cosy - Free team out the front door, quiet. Little crampy in the bed.
• Chen (4/5): The location of the room was great, only a few minutes of walking to Crown Melbourne for food and entertainment. But eve - The location was perfect. The hygiene was poor, there were socks and snacks on the floor, dusts were not cleaned. No elevator available for my floor.
