• Walter (7/5): - Sehr gut ausgestattetes Apartment in ruhiger Villengegend etwas oberhalb des Meeres (ca. 8 Gehminuten zum nächsten Strand) Großer Gasherd, schöne Abwasch, großer Kühlschrank mit geräumigem Gefrierfach. Wasserkocher, Kaffemaschine, Waschmaschine, Wäschetrockner, reichliche Austattung mit Geschirr, Gläsern, Küchenutensilien, Spülmittel, Scheuermittel, Putzutensilien Es wurde extra für mich eine große Teflonpfanne angeschafft!!!! - Gut funktionierende Klimaanlage in jedem Raum - Wasserschlauch im Garten: mit welchem ich meine Tauchausrüstung reinigen konnte Obwohl der Eigentümer nebenan wohnt, wird die Apartmentverwaltung von Mile Tree Realty besorgt, welche über Whatsapp sehr leicht erreichbar ist. Die Chefin Trudi und ihr Team leisten eine hervorragende Arbeit, sind sehr freundlich und bemüht Das Warmwasserproblem und anderes wurde blitzschnell erledigt. Ich hatte Schwierigkeiten mit den schwergängigen Bedienelementen des Trockner. Bei einem persönlichen Besuch am nächsten Tag wurde mir das dann erklärt. Einfach perfekt!!! -Bei einem Aufenthalt von 39 Tagen wurde nur zwei Mal geputzt, die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher gewechselt - Es wurde nur eine einfache Handseife zur Verfügung gestellt und Toilettenpapier für ca. 10 Tage, nach Protest für eine weitere Woche. Danach musste ich selbst für Toilettenartikel sorgen. Klopapier, Duschgel und Haarshampoo müssten bei diesem Preis auf jeden fall enthalten sein!! - In den ersten zwei Wochen öfters am Abend kein warmes Wasser. Grund: Aus Sparsamkeitsgründen wurde der Zusatzboiler der Solaranlage einfach abgeschaltet!! - Apartment sehr weit vom nächsten Supermarkt (Massy) entfernt, hin und zurück eine Gehstunde! Ohne eigenes Fahrzeug absolut nicht zu empfehlen!! Kniffliger Parkplatz: Wenn man das Einfahrtstor öffnen will, dann muss das Fahrzeug eng an der Hauswand stehen, was zur Folge hat, dass man den Kofferraum nicht öffnen kann. Will man den Kofferraum öffnen, dann kann das Einfahrttor nicht geöffnet werden. Sehr ungepflegter Garten: Dass es auch anders geht, kann man bei einigen benachbarten Villen sehen.
• Marcel (8/5): Wonderful time. Certainly, worth the price. But with a little attention to detail it could be great. - Breakfast? If you wish to market to an upscale client, here are my suggestions. Multiple pillows thicker than the sheets. A guide showing local areas within walking distances as well as recommendations for local services. It would also be nice to explain how you summon a taxi to a house with no street address per se, just a house name. Not sure this can be remedied but the bedroom storage is problematic at best. What is accessible won't fit a standard sized hanger and much of the storage cannot be accessed without a ladder. Lastly, access to a grill would be kind of cool.

• Bruna (9/5): Thanks for the hassle-free experience - definitely top of my list when I next visit Barbados! - Very nice apartment. Trudi couldn't have been more helpful and attentive - nothing was too much trouble. And Malcolm the owner lives right next door so if there were any immediate issues he was right there. Great location, just five minutes to the beach with amenities, bars and restaurants close by - brilliant! The only thing I missed was a chopping board in the kitchen but that's so minor!
