Towels, sheets as well as toilet paper are included upon arrival, however, replacement or change during your stay is not included.
Baby crib: Price: EUR 30.00 per reservation. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.
Extra guest:
Each extra guest not included in the reservation will be charged €10 per night. -Arrival after hours:
Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (ask us if you want to check in earlier).
Outside these hours we will charge €30 in cash, after 10pm it will be €50. After 00:00 the property will charge €80.
If the arrival day is a local or national holiday, weekends, the cost will be 30 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. it will be 50 EUR. After 00:00 the property will charge 80 EUR.
If the arrival day is 12/25, 12/26 and 01/01 the charges will be as follows: 50 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. 100 EUR.
Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. It is prohibited to smoke in the apartment and the balcony.
Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine).
The property will not be held responsible under any circumstances for theft, robbery or any other theft of property that may occur within the facilities of our flats.
Guests are strongly advised to take the necessary precautions for the safekeeping of their valuables, including the use of safety deposit boxes if available, and to keep doors and windows properly closed and secured.
The security of personal property is the sole responsibility of the guest.

- stanisavljevic (1/5): Lose, ne preporucujemo - Samo lokacija. Kad smo dosli u stan,agent nas je sačekao. Sve je bilo ok. Do ujutro u 8h. Kada je počela neopisivq buka. Doslovce su se tresli prozori. Tad smo shavtili da se zgrada do nas renovira. Odmah smo poslali poruku agentu,nije nam se javio. Svaki dan nas je budila buka bušilica Kad se vratimo oko 14h da odmorimo,takosje je bila neopisiva buka. Jos tri puta smo pokusali kontaktirati agente,niko nam se nije javio. Tako da nam.je to bilo uzasno iskustvo. A zgrada se renovirala sigurno vec 2meseca i niko nam nije to rekao. Sigurno ce se renovirati jos par meseci,tako da vam ne preporučujemo ovaj smestaj.

- Costica (9/5): - The apartment has a very good location also for walking (Montjuic, Placa d'Espanya) and public transport to all other location. Kitchen is very well equipped and at least 3 supermarkets there are in vicinity. The host is professional. The welcome package exceptional (bottle of sparkling wine) coffee, etc.

- Natalia (4/5): bad experience - Apartment is good and modern. Kitchen facilities are perfect. There are 2 balconies. Very quite location. Be ready to "pay" additionally some weekend check-in fee in amount of 30 eur (that is not mentioned anywhere). Be ready to surprise, that you agreed to have earlier check-in and when you are almost near apartment you will be said, that check in at 15:00 (but agent still came after negotiations). Be ready to pay deposit, but then after checkout each day during 5 days to ask from agent, when you will get it back. Apartment is good and modern (except toilet bowl location), but organization part is very poor and caused stress.

- Katarina (10/5): Very cosy appartment with a lovely terrace in a quiet neighborhood! - The host was great, we told him that we’re celebrating 30 years of marriage and he brought us champagne 🥹 The place is located very near the city center but in a quiet neighborhood. The apartment is very cute and cozy and for a great price compared to others we looked at. Plenty of space for a 4-person stay, one bedroom and a mountable sofa bed. The place is clean and has everything an apartment needs, and if you’re missing anything, the host will provide it. The fact that there is a 130€ cleaning fee and a 300€ deposit that you have to pay upfront makes the initial cost much higher than you initially expect. Also, there is an extra fee of 50€ or more if you check in after 10pm.
