• Diego martin (6/5): La estadía fue un 6, tiene cosas buenas el departamento pero necesita limpieza y mantenimiento. Los calefacciones bien p - La ubicación es muy buena. La ducha es muy buena te podes bañar bien El wifi era muy bueno . Los radiadores y el lavarropa funcionan bien. La pava estaba oxidada, le falta mantenimiento . Las toallas y sabanas medias húmedas colgadas. Algunas toallas Manchadas con lavandina Habíamos reservado en Marzo y un día antes nos escriben que ya estaba alquilado, cuando llegamos nos entregaron las llaves pero a la noche en la puerta había 3 personas que también habían alquilado como nosotros el mismo y tuvieron que ir a buscar otro lugar
• Laia (1/5): - No pudimos acceder, al apartamento ya que estaba ocupado por otra familia,que hizo la reserva también con Booking. Nadie de Booking se puso en contacto con nosotros para darnos una solución por lo que tuvimos que buscarnos un hotel para poder alojarnos. A día de hoy seguimos sin tener noticias de Booking . La propietaria confirmó que había habido una doble reserva desentendiéndose del problema alegando que era responsabilidad de Booking. No podemos valorar el apartamento ya que no pudimos acceder pero si la gestión de Booking que ha sido nefasta. No pudimos acceder, al apartamento ya que estaba ocupado por otra familia,que hizo la reserva también con Booking. Nadie de Booking se puso en contacto con nosotros para darnos una solución por lo que tuvimos que buscarnos un hotel para poder alojarnos. A día de hoy seguimos sin tener noticias de Booking . • kawtar (4/5): - L'emplacement -Le chauffage n'était pas allumé à notre arrivée et les instructions du proprio n'était pas claires pour le faire marcher. nous avons du dormir avec nos vestes faute de couverture supplementaires. -La rue est trop bruyante au petit matin. -Prises d'electricité non couvertes et des cables électriques apparants dans la chambre ce qui peut être super dangereux si vous comptez séjourner avec des enfants.

• Laura (8/5): Muy buena relación calidad-precio. - Buena relación calidad-precio para lo que hay en la zona. Muy buena ubicación con varios restaurantes y cafeterías alrededor. Buen aislamiento y calefacción. El sofá cama lo he encontrado incómodo, el baño pequeño pero apañado.
• Jose Torres Vidal (7/5): - La rapidez en responder. Al entrar al apartamento olía a tabaco. Las sábanas del sofá cama tenían pelusa y agujeros, creo que las toallas y sabanas pudieran estar en mejor estado.
• Cabon (6/5): TRES BON EMPLACEMENT APPARTEMENT A AMELIORER - Principalement l'emplacement qui est très proche de tout , des transports, des commerces et des lieux à visiter. Devoir contacter l'hôte par Whatsapp pour savoir comment récupérer les clefs. L'étroitesse de l'escalier (poussette ne passerait pas) Les équipements de la cuisine étaient sales, pas de liquide vaisselle. Une partie du linge de maison (serviettes de toilette) est taché. Un seul trousseau de clefs donné pour 4 personnes. Sur deux fenêtres, une ne ferme pas correctement. Il serait nécessaire d'installer des doubles rideaux pour l'isolation thermique, et le vis à vis. Appartement très sombre, pas de fenêtre dans le salon/cuisine, ni dans la salle de bains!!
• Silvia (6/5): Estancia agradable pero muy justa - El apartamento esta bien situado cerca de la estación central de Bruselas y a unos 10 minutos andando de la Grand place. La calle en la que esta es agradable y hay cerca un supermercado. El apartamento esta muy descuidado, las sabanas y las toallas estaban desteñidas, falta equipamiento en la cocina, no había nada para lavar los platos y el baño es minúsculo y muy incomodo. En general no nos ha gustado, solo la localización.

• Virginia (4/5): Decepcionante - Está bien ubicado. Se puede ir caminando a la Grand Place (10 minutos) o al Parlamento (25 minutos). La zona no es mala. El departamento está como si lo hubiesen estado reformando y se hubieran quedado a la mitad. Le faltan azulejos detrás del calentador del agua, los bajos de la cocina, etc. Da muy mal aspecto. Falta luz ya que la única ventana que tiene es la de la habitación. Se crea mucha humedad con la ducha y no hay ventilación. Igual que en otros comentarios, había ropa tendida en la habitación lo que genera aún más humedad y una sensación nada acogedora. Y ya lo peor fue ver las sábanas manchadas. Creo que por lo que vale una sábana bajera, perfectamente se podría tirar esa y poner algo decente. No recibimos ninguna información sobre el check in y al llegar al alojamiento el propietario no nos atendía el teléfono… al final lo conseguimos por whatsapp.

Al plegarla, un monton de pelusas y polvo negro salieron demostrando que hacia mucho que no limpiaban debajo. Cucharas sucias, ropa lavada del visitante anterior colgada en el dormitorio para secarse oliendo a humedad. Cuarto de baño al limite de lo decente. Solo se salva por la ubicación y el dormitorio.

• krishna (8/5): Excellent is the word for this accommodation. - I have to give 5 star rating for communication with the owner. He was so nice and responded very quickly. Perfect location, very spacious, well equipped, wifi is good, close to all popular locations. Safe too. Big mirror provided. Towels, shower gel, shampoo and detergent provided. No lift, 1st floor with narrow stairs. I have 4 big bags but managed as we have other advantages. Bed liners should be more clean.
• Paola (8/5): - Apartman je čist, uredan, na odličnoj je lokaciji. Kuhinja se činila dobro opremljenom, iako smo bili prekratko da bi ju koristili. Stepenice su jako uske, teško je po njima nositi ikakav kofer. Došlo je do male zabune kod preuzimanja ključeva - vlasnik nam nije poslao kod za lokot na vrijeme, pa smo nekih 20 minita čekali ispred apartmana da nam se javi.

• David (4/5): Convenient one-bedroom apartment but affected by a musty smell and damp linens left to dry. - We stayed in the one-bedroom apartment with a full-size kitchen and a small living area, comfortable for the three of us (1 adult, 2 teens). The location was convenient—just a 7-minute walk to the metro station, with grocery stores nearby for easy access to essentials. The only drawback was a strong musty, damp smell in the apartment. The previous travelers’ bed sheets and towels were still drying by the window. If these were removed and the space cleaned up, I’m sure the stay would be much more pleasant.

Distante 5 minuti a piedi dal Parc de Bruxelles, dalla Cathédrale Saints-Michel-et-Gudule e dalla più vicina stazione della Metro, l'alloggio permette comunque di visitare il centro della città anche senza l'utilizzo di mezzi pubblici. Evitando la zona della stazione Bruxelles-Central la sera, in 15 minuti a piedi è possibile raggiungere il punto più panoramico della città, Mont des Arts, e la Grand Place. L'alloggio è dotato di tutto il necessario per la permanenza di alcuni giorni. Il frigorifero è nuovo, sostituito in occasione del nostro soggiorno. L'alloggio si trova al primo piano di un edificio al cui pianterreno dell'edificio adiacente si trova un ristorante sudamericano, per cui il rumore non manca fino a tarda notte, aggravato dall'assenza di infissi esterni alle finestre dell'alloggio, anche se piuttosto insonorizzate. La pulizia riscontrata era migliorabile, in particolare in riferimento ai letti e alle stoviglie. La scala che porta all'alloggio, posto al primo piano, è piuttosto stretta.

• Francine (9/5): Comfortable flat in a great location. - Beautiful flat that was exactly as it was described and appeared in the listing. Great location. Clean and comfortable. No air conditioning but the host provided multiple fans which worked perfectly. Annemien was a wonderful host. Very communicative and welcoming. There are a few restaurants on the street but the street was quiet enough for us to sleep with the windows open. We are a family of four adults so the space was a bit small for us but we managed just fine.

Didn’t look like anyone made an effort to clean well before our arrival. Fan provided but no ac and narrow stairs to climb and building smelled.

• Anabell (8/5): Very good - Excellent location, great cute place with everything you could possibly need in the flat. Awful smell as soon as you walk in into the building( not sure if it’s the sewer pipes or the escaping of gas)

Everything you need is nearby: coffee, breakfast, grocery shops, and everything else you might need. All the city's attractions are also very close. The Apartment is suitable for long or short stays and has everything you need.
• Gabriela (10/5): Best stay in Brussel - We are a family with 2 kids and we stayed 5 days in this apartment. We had everything we need it. Confortable beds, heating was working properly, hot water, kitchen with everything needed (fridge, microwave, cooking facilities). Right accros the street is a market with everything you might need opened from 9 AM till 10 PM, another Carrefour express is 5 minutes walk, metro station Park and public transportation 5 minutes walk, coffee shops and pizza delivery are right there. Grand Place is 10 minutes walk. Cirque Royal is 160 meters away. The owner responds instantly, key is easy to acces. Location was perfect for us (money wise and accesibility).

• Kátia (7/5): Good - The location is very good, the person in charge was very helpful and responded quickly to questions. Spacious apartment with everything we needed during our stay. There was a lot of noise from outside, especially on Saturday, it was very difficult to sleep because of the bars on the street. We had problems with the internet, which the host tried to solve, but it didn't work out well. The bathroom in particular was a negative point, as it had no ventilation at all and had a bad smell of damp.
