• Karen (10/5): Great spot with everything you could need for 3/4 days stay. - Great links to close by stations to get you to Shibuya and Shinjuku. Host was a treat. He came out in pouring rain to collect us from the station and dropped us off at the station at the end of our stay. His advice for travelling was so welcome and spot on. Room was cosy but more than met our needs. Description on Booking.com says flat on ground floor where in actual fact it was up a spiral set of stairs. Host was great and helped with bags but for some this could be a problem- it wasn’t for us it’s just something that needs looking at. Otherwise there wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

Very close the two subway stations, multiple eateries and convenience stores. Friendly owner who picked us up and dropped us off at the station on arrival and departure.

• txtbits (9/5): Estancia perfecta en un apartamento tranquilo y completo a un paso de Shinjuku - Lugar bien situado y localizado en una zona muy tranquila de Shinjuku, es sorprendente el cambio tras andar 10 minutos desde la estación de tren. El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario para poder descansar y cocinar, lavar la ropa e incluso secadora con un sistema integrado en el baño. Inodoro separado de la ducha y lavabo que facilita el ser más ágiles entre dos personas. Al hacer el check-out, nos ofrecieron llevarnos a la estación, lo cual fue una maravilla con las maletas que traíamos de vuelta, un hombre muy simpático y amable. Volvería a repetir si vuelvo a Tokio.

На двух этажах расположено по пять номеров, на третьем этаже живет доброжелательный хозяин, общение с ним через переводчик. При заезде он нас встретил, всё показал, рассказал. У нас был номер с кухонным уголком и раздельным санузлом. Есть всё необходимое, включая стиральную машинку типа "Фея". Помещение миниатюрное, как, впрочем, и везде в Токио:-) Обогревались кондиционером. При отъезде хозяин любезно предлагает довезти до ж/д станции, мы уезжали очень рано утром, хозяин не смог нас отвезти, но оплатил такси до ж/д станции, большое спасибо!

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist hervorragend man brauch ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu den Bahnhöfen und ca. 5 Minuten zu einem Supermarkt.

If you are lucky and there is availability to stay here, do not hesitate! The host is a very kind gentleman who picked us up from the subway station and brought us to the apartment. The apartment itself is perfect for travelers with a fully equipped kitchen, free coffee and tea, washing machine and laundry detergent, toiletries (brand new toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, body soap), umbrellas to use if needed, comfortable bed, excellent Wifi...in short, the best value in Tokyo for everything you get. And very close to two subway stations, restaurants and in a quiet and safe neighborhood. And when we checked out, he stored our bags for us and met us at the subway station to give us our bags when we were ready to catch our train to Matsumoto. Such a kind and generous host! Highly recommend!!! Nothing... this place is incredible!

He also picked us up from the station and brought us back there at the end of our stay. The property is in a quiet area, which is perfect for sleeping after an evening of liveliness in Shinjuku. We stayed both in this room and in room 201.

• Wong (10/5): Homey and has all you need! - The accommodation has everything you need and it felt like living like a local. The neighborhood is quiet but it is still close to the metro, very well connected. The accommodation has everything you would expect from a small appartement (washing machine, kitchen, small seating area), so very suitable to stay for more days. The owner was very friendly and also picked us up from the nearest metro station, which was really nice as we just had a 20 hour trip, no sleep and it was 34 degrees! The owner also speaks Chinese.

The host was lovely, he offered to pick us up from the station and take us on our last day too, was available to help us if we needed anything! Very attentive and kind. Would definitely come back!! • Temir (10/5): A pleasant place and a good host. - The apartment is conveniently located: on a quiet street, away from city noise, 5-7 minutes walk to the nearest subway station, 2-3 minutes by train to Shinjuku station, nearby there is a supermarket, a fruit store, many other shops and cafes. The apartment is spacious enough for Tokyo standards. The room was clean. The owner is friendly and helpful. He even met me by car from the subway station and drove me to the subway station when I finished my stay. A pleasant place and a good host. There wasn't enough space for me, I'm used to spacious housing, but by Tokyo standards it's hard to complain.

There are several stores in 5min walking distance and several metro stations in 10-15 minutes walking distance. You can reach downtown Shinjuku in only 3 minutes by metro or 20 minutes by foot. There is a good kitchen and even a washing machine including detergent to use in the apartment. The host is very friendly and helpful. He even provides a free shuttle-service to the metro station. It is a great place to stay in tokyo and we would gladly go back another time!
