• Karyna (10/5): - Everything was great. The apartment was clean and spacious. The host was friendly. There were no issues. The only thing is that it would be nice to leave a bit more toilet paper 😄
• ЯВОР (5/5): - Местоположението на апартамента е отлично, на централна улица в близост до метро и автобус. Добре оборудвана кухня. Апартамента е стар, занемарен и неподдржан. Леглата не са удобни, климатиците са стари и много шумни и само едно работещо дистанционно за три климатика.Има само една баня(в описанието на апартамента пише, че са две бани) с тоалетна и отделно още една тоалетна, която се намира в кухнята и е с прозрачна стъклена врата!!! В банята има мухъл по тавана, седалката на тоалетната чиния е счупена, душа е развален, няма поставка за сапун и трябва да оставиш сапуна на земята!!! Шумът от улицата е оглушителен, няма никакъв шанс да спиш през нощта на отворен прозорец!!! Пода в целия апартамент скърца докато ходиш. Само в едната стая има гардероб.

• Roman (9/5): - Velmi dobrá poloha, vše v dochozí vzdálenosti. Ubytování pěkné a velmi rozlehlé. Pro více hostů více než dostačující. Z nádraží Termini pěšky cca 8 minut. V místě obchody, restaurace, kavárny. Hostitel v pořádku.

• Ronny (5/5): Good location but many payments accounts are dodgy - Location for this property is the best and also access with public transport (they have Metro station in 400m and bus station within 50m). - No check-in or check-out process (nothing defined and I asked for it). - Not so easy to find the place (Owner could write a short description on how to access the property - it's infront of the bus stop, Opposite MacDonald), with subway line and bus access. - Too much noise at night - 1x shower - I was asked to pay the money on different accounts - which was dodgy. - They asked additional €45 for arriving late - getvto know about that via WhatsApp (technically 1x hr before the next check in window)
• Kanan (1/5): We were fooled by appearances and had a terrible experience. - Only the location. The pictures were deceptive. There was only one bathroom when it was stated that there were two. The faucets were terrible. The light switches were terrible. The elevator was terrible and sometimes didn't work. We had to carry our luggage up to the 3rd floor on ladders. Overall, an old and uncomfortable apartment. You won't be able to sleep until the morning because of the sound of garbage trucks. The machinery is working all night long and it's like you're sleeping on a construction site.

• Azra (7/5): Good - We liked how the hotel apartment was quite big and spacious, and how everything was nice and tidy. We didn't like the location of the hotel, as it was in a weird location with no signs, making it hard to spot. The lock system of the door was also hard to figure out, but that wasn't a too big of an issue. Finally, perhaps the worst and most dangerous part was the bidet in the bathroom. It was fixed to a certain intensity; extremely fast pressure. This could have hurt somebody very badly.

• Hafsah (6/5): 6/10 - The property was in an ideal location. 20-30 minute walking distance from monuments. Brilliant food places nearby. Host was wonderful, answered any questions we had and booked us a taxi to the airport. Both bathroom doors did not have a lock, bidet in bathroom was broken and shower tray was cracked and peeling. There was no extra pillows or blankets. One of the windows had tape on it so it was letting cold air through as it didn’t shut properly. The property is an old building so not very soundproof. Can hear people walking in the corridor and using lifts. First aid kit was very out of date!

• Caroline (7/5): It suited our needs for a short stay and was an easy place to explore Rome. We didn’t actually spend much time in the ap - It was very spacious and a good location. It was noisy but we were aware that it would be. We did find that it was a bit tired and if this was addressed then it could be amazing!

• Les (9/5): Very spacious, cool apartment which is very well positioned. - Ahhhh Roma, a wonderful city! The apartment was unbelievably spacious, very well styled and I thought magnificently situated. I like being near the central station and it was only a short walk as it's based at the top of Via Nazionale. Although ear plugs were provided, I didn't find any issue with noise whatsoever. The host David was very nice and very helpful and always available. The air-conditioning and wifi were perfect and I really have no complaint's about the place. The lift is quite amusing and small and David does tell you that either two people or one person with all the luggage is about all the weight the lift can take and we never had a problem. Just so you know, if you have a late flight (we did) and have to be out of the apartment by 10:00am there are many storage places around the station as well as at the station (although that one is very busy) where you can leave your bags and still spend the entire day traipsing around the city. You're about a 30 minute, and VERY pleasant walk, from all the major attractions and hey, nothing like a gelato stop on the way. I really liked the apartment, although not the cheapest accommodation for the two of us, it's a very nicely laid out place. Although a very small thing, the second bathroom toilet seat may need a small replacement and although the shower was fantastic,, because it's one of those half screens, don't leave your clothes on the ground as they would be soaked. Trust me, neither of these issues are a deal breaker, just thought maybe it's worth mentioning.

• Namit (1/5): Had a lot of problems with this property. - We just liked the location of the property. But had a worse experience This was totally a nightmare experience with us, there was a lift provided in the building but it was not working and my apartment was on 3rd floor. It was so pain carrying so much of my luggage upstairs when i was restless I connected to the owner and he refused to get it fixed as he said that i dont live there so i dont know why its mot working. Which was totally not expected when you dont know any other management of that property. Moreover, My 2 family members got stuck inside the lift late night around 11 PM, They were stuck inside for 20 minutes and they were breathless as there was mo fan or any emergency contact number inside the lift. Contacted again owner in the night and having no other option i knocked neighbour door in night but there was no help from them as it was late night Tried connecting again with the owner but there was no help from that guy and again there was no help from the owner. It was totally not acceptable my while family suffered alot from this and carrying luggage in the stairs was not expected from this.
• Abdulrahman (1/5): Terrible greedy owner. - No breakfast. There is not much in the immediate area. However, a 12-15 minute walk will get you to some of the popular tourists attractions. For a unit that is supposed to fit 10 people, there is only 1 and 1/2 bathrooms. On our first night, we went out to dinner and a walk and came back to go to sleep to find hundreds of termites/white ants all over the lugage and table in the bedroom. They actually managed to get into a chocolate box that was closed. This 30 euros box of chocolates had to be thrown in the trash. It is was already midnight and we could not go anywhere else. So, next morning we went to stay at a hotel, and left the apt. I had told the owner about the ordeal, and he claimed that he will pay for our first missfortunate night there (which he did not), and that he would only return the charges for the next two night if he was able rent the unit out again. Seems like a very poor excuse, and naturally, never got anything back from him, and my attempt to contact him resulted in ignoring my message. I have delayed writing this review trying to give him a chance to pay back anything, however, NOTHING! The pictures of the rooms look good, however, in reality the apartment is very old and moldy. The AC units did not work well in two of the rooms, and the shower tub did not drain the water fast enough, causing water to overflow into the bathroom floor, also, when flushing the toilet, the water keeps running. I had given him all these comments to help him improve his unit, the least he could have done is return the 3 nights I paid for. Yes, he said he would come the next day to take care of the termites problem by spraying some powder, however, with two of my kids having asthma, I could not risk staying in the unit with some type of pesticide in the unit. He also told me that he had a similar problem with a different unit he owns, so, if you know of this problem why not treat all units before renting to tourists. Seems like all he cared about was getting paid. This was unfortunately my worst experience in my more that 50 years of travel around the World.

• Sumadee (9/5): Superb - The location is great. It takes only 5 mins drive to the train station. David is very friendly and helpful. The apartment is clean, spacious, and equipped with everything you need. Feel like home!
