- Oleksandr (6/5): Take it easy, ignore small annoyances - This property is managed by a local real estate company. Renting out unsold apartments is just a side business for them, so they fend off guests like they would annoying flies. They do not respond to emails or phone calls, do not take into account special requests. The apartment is generally satisfactory, with an excellent set for cooking and eating, with a good location.The bathroom is also generally satisfactory, but with some plumbing flaws, such as water leaking from under the bathtub, the lack of a button for a small flush on the toilet, and poorly functioning switches on the sink and shower. In general, this apartment can be called a barrel of honey with a spoonful of tar in it.
