• Sebastian (4/5): Passable for short stay for London lovers - The surroundings seemed nice and peaceful with beautiful houses around. The fridge and kettle inside the room were nice, and the highest floor had a fair internet connection. Check-in went very smoothly for me, and the delay in flight was not a problem because it's all automated by now. The main issues here are how dirty it is and how loud it gets, even though we had probably the quietest possible room to have there. In fact, we were hesitant to use any of the facilities because of how dirty they felt. The room itself had hair by the windowsill, which was literally gross. The electric sockets were falling apart, and the general feeling was that the owners had real issues with details as the room really lacked polishing in many aspects. I don't usually like mentioning roaches in hotels because it's hard to fight off, but here it was overwhelming. People are constantly occupying the kitchen for some reason, and the sounds of doors slamming or dishes being dropped are heard all the time from early morning to very late at night. Missing cups in the room, even though we get the kettle, and even one bag of tea would be nice to have. Also, there was no bin in the room. Toilets were extremely small, and it was hard to take care of basic hygiene. The photos looked amazing, but I think that these photos are good to be renewed. Also, the first morning we were woken up by loud renovation in the next room. It could be a higher rating only if the owner cared a bit more.

• Erika (2/5): Lack of basic cleanliness - Easy to check in and big kirhcen. Yes, the price is low – but that is no excuse for the lack of basic cleanliness. We found insects and hair all over the bathroom, the floor were also dirty. Ohter guests were cooking and socializing loudly until 3 AM. A low price should still come with basic hygiene.I would not recommend it to anyone.

• Annaëlle (6/5): Ne recommande pas... - C’était juste de quoi avoir pour dormir. C’était super sale, on entendait les gens rires et parler la nuit quand on voulait dormir, normal à 4h du mat lol. Et logement assez loin de tout.

NO HA NADIE PARA AYUDARTE O CONTESTAR LAS PREGUNTAS, MUY sucio, sin espacio, el baño estaba en la primera planta mientras yo en la última tenía que bajar pra todo, limpiar los dientes etc horrible. Y en nuestro último día había un ratón en la habitación y NADIE nos contestó
• Mani (8/5): My stay at 365 London Hostel in 2026 - Location & is peaceful. Fem Dorm is away from other intrusive people, that was a bonus. I'll miss the squirrels in the garden - Ginger & Wot Wot. Number of guests all trying to use the same facilities in the kitchen, at the same time. Manic.

• Carl (8/5): Great location facilities for short stays in London - The location was great and it had a fabulous communal kitchen dinner. The shower was nice and warm with good water pressure. Lots of storage for food and valuables. The floor in our room had a few food crumbs on arrival. The kettle table was nowhere near any plug, so had to put the kettle on the floor near a window for the very short cable to reach a plug (not a massive problem as there were great kettles in the kitchen). The blinds didn’t seem to work so no privacy, people could look into the room from the garden. All of the tiny shower/ toilets seemed to have leaks. Main security gate didn’t seem to lock and was always open 24/7

Facilities was unclean, and many of the guess was unpleasant to be around..difficult to share a room with uncompromising guess.. my stay was disappointing..I left after just one day after booking a full four weeks. Needless to say I wasn't refunded..
• Lorenzo (3/5): Upset about my stay - The place itself was fine I stayed 2 days and from my experience most staff or people that lived there weren’t friendly. The place was so dirty, the fridges were sickening. I kept waking up at night because there were rats squeaking and even ate through my food bag!! Lastly people are so loud at night, they don’t respect others so I kept waking up as I heard shouting and doors slamming.

• grettel (6/5): Cumple con el alojamiento - La conexión con el transporte hacia la ciudad. Y el barrio esta pintoresco. El precio. Por el precio no puedo exigir mucho. Pero como en muchos hostales del mundo, los baños están asquerosos. Casi no los limpian y siempre están llenos de cabello y manchados. Repito por el precio que no puedes exigir. Es una casa con estancias largas y hay gente viviendo ahí desde hace mucho tiempo. Pero bueno para pasar la noche está bien.No cambian las sábanas, habían cabellos de otras personas. Y picaban como si tuviera ácaros. Si eres muy delicado...este no es tu hostal.

• Eduard (7/5): A time to remember ! - I spent 3 month in room number 3 , with 14-15 more other people and I'm still amazed by the way they treating me . They are very decent and hard working men. The atmosphere is calm because there is respect and consideration !

• Marta (10/5): Definitely recommend - This is probably the best hostel I had ever been. Newly refurbished, all furniture is new, clean showers and toilets, has nice garden , living room with TV, everyone has private locker, inside are staying decent people, no dodgy people. Really liked it. If I would have to choose the hostel again, would definitely choose this one again ! Reccomended !

La serrure de la porte de la chambre qui était grippée, ce qui fait que la clé n'ouvrait pas la porte (nous n'avons réussi à entrer, en forçant très fort, qu'à 3h30 du matin). L'absence du personnel quand on avait besoin de lui et qui n'a même pas essayé de résoudre notre problème. Le personnel a été contacté au numéro d'urgence fourni, il a mis 2h à répondre, n'a pas reconnu le problème, n'a pas résolu le problème, ne s'est pas excusé pour le problème. Cette mauvaise qualité de service est inacceptable et inexcusable.

• Ainoa (3/5): Bastante desgradable - Las habitaciones para el precio que tiene esta bien, la nuestra tenia cama para dos, armario, nevera y tele. De uso común cocina, baños, comedor... Nuestra habitación estaba justo al lado de la cocina y fue horrible. Los demás huéspedes creemos que viven allí de forma permanente, son unos escandalosos y unos marranos, escuchábamos a todas horas portazos, a la 1, 4, 6 de la mañana gritos y musica a voces... Ademas de que los baños no estaban muy limpios y en una ocasión saliendo del baño se ponían a hacer sus necesidades con la puerta abierta las otras personas que vivían ahí. Nosotras pasábamos el día fuera y solo lo usábamos para dormir, nos dio bastante asco usar los baños, porque aunque el conserje los limpiara al rato ya estaba sucio debido a que la gente de allí no mantiene higiene ninguna.

First of all the first day my heater and my tv was not working and the number they left for contact was not available. So I should have wait till tomorrow to see the takecarer( which was supposed to be able to fix problems) just gave me the number of office , after I can the office, they finally fixed my tv and heater . The bedding was too old and had bed bug which bites all over my body . There were 4 toilets for every body and only 2 toilets had tissue and soap. As the last day was very busy, I could not find soap to wash my hand . The plugs in my room were all detached from the walls

• Alejandro (7/5): Calidad Precio - Muy buena ubicación, conectas con el centro en poco tiempo. La habitación pequeña pero solo la queríamos para descansar así que no queríamos más y estaba bien. Sabiendo lo que pagas es lo que obtienes, no está nada mal realmente al precio que es, pero la limpieza de la cocina y baños es muy mejorable, aunque nos encontramos con las expectativas que íbamos.

• Suresh (3/5): It's cheap for a reason. - The other residents. Large common areas. This place is on remote control so if there is problem it us difficult to get it sorted. For instance two people could not get into their lockers as the code changed. The toilet and shower cubicles were really small and we're run down.No soap in the bathrooms. . Infact there were holes in the vinyl floor. The carpets had not been shampooed gor a very long time. There was hair everywhere. The cleaners only came through once a day. Mattress covers needed a good clean. The run down nature of this place made the cleaners job difficult

• Guest (1/5): - Olá, Venho por este meio apresentar uma reclamação formal relativamente à minha estadia no alojamento reservado através da vossa plataforma. Infelizmente, as condições encontradas foram completamente inaceitáveis e não corresponderam minimamente ao que foi anunciado. Ao chegar ao espaço, deparei-me com falta total de higiene: A loiça guardada nos armários estava suja; O chão da casa de banho e do quarto encontrava-se visivelmente sujo e com um aspeto nojento; O ambiente geral da casa era impossível de aguentar e incompatível com um alojamento habitável. Para além disso, as condições dos chuveiros eram impraticáveis: Não saía água de forma adequada, apenas algumas gotas; A temperatura oscilava entre extremamente quente ao ponto de causar queimaduras ou completamente gelada; Isto fez com que a atividade de tomar banho se torna se impossível , o que agrava ainda mais a falta de condições mínimas de higiene. Outro ponto muito grave é que nunca nos foi fornecida qualquer chave, nem da casa nem do quarto. Para entrar, tínhamos de chamar e gritar até alguém nos abrir a porta, o que representa uma séria falta de segurança e privacidade especialmente considerando que paguei por um quarto privado e quando falei com o responsável sobre o assunto este disse me que era normal a chave ser roubada e que já tinha acontecido anteriormente e disse para ligar para o número do office, passei dias e dias a ligar, nunca ninguém atendeu, o responsável por nos responder às mensagens pela app do airbnb era muito atencioso até ao dia em que chegamos, aí deixou de nos responder completamente por muito desesperadas que estivéssemos (uma vez que não tínhamos chave) Durante toda a estadia foi praticamente impossível descansar, pois a casa estava constantemente cheia de pessoas a fazer bastante barulho, tanto de dia como durante a noite, impedindo qualquer repouso.

• Malek Boulanouar (1/5): - I had a terrible experience during my weekend stay, which I had extended by an extra two days. Upon arrival, I found myself in an uncomfortable and unsettling situation. The people staying there appeared to be a mix of local unemployed individuals and universal benefits recipients. As soon as I arrived, they were waiting outside, asking intrusive questions. All the property doors were left open, and a police car was parked just around the corner, which added to my concern. I couldn’t find the bunk bed I had paid for. I took pictures & I left immediately the following day i contacted management, but they were unhelpful. They insisted that the bed I booked was “normal (in place ) ” and didn’t bother to check the photos I had taken. They advised me to cancel the booking and contact booking . Com. To this day, I have received no refund and no response. there was no staff present at the property, and all the dark night staff phone numbers went straight to voicemail. The people inside the hostel were wearing pyjamas, acting as security, and even claiming to be the collective owners of the hostel. Overall, this was a very bad experience. However, I don’t want to discourage others, as it may have been a one-off situation. If you decide to book here, make sure to document everything in case you encounter issues similar to mine

Skupiłabym się bardziej na kontakcie z klientem oraz - Pokój dwuosobowy i darmowe wi-fi najbardziej podobało mi się. Toalety które nie były posprzątane tak jak należy oraz kuchnia w której zawsze ktoś był i był straszny hałas.

• Eva (5/5): Dirty showers - Nice and safe area but doesn’t have anything around. Showers are SOOOO dirty, disgusting dirty. Also you can hear everything that happens in the kitchen from the room. You need to walk 10/15 min to get to the underground station or bus.
