• James (6/5): Pleasant - Was a swim out room, great for the kids and a relaxing weekend. The aircon did not work which made it very uncomfortable, the fans in the bathroom did not work. We found a chocolate under the bed that was not ours from previous people that stayed.. it did not look as though the room had been vacuumed at all
• David (6/5): Great location and easy access to the pool, could be more comfortable. - Main bed small and uncomfortable. Oven does not get hot enough.

Pool was beautiful Ensuite light didn’t work, not enough toilet paper for 4 adults, no dishcloth to wash up dishes - despite it being mentioned as mandatory prior to departure. No beach/pool towels supplied. Main bathroom had no bath mat. No extra bin bags and supplies bin tiny
• Toni (10/5): The complex was great and the apartment was in a perfect location within the complex. You could walk to everything in te - Close to amenities but also quiet and private The manager at the front desk of the apartment was not very welcoming. However the realestate agent who handed over the keys were friendly. It would have been beneficial for them to provide a map of where the apartment was located within the complex.
• Steve (4/5): Not suitable for 4 adults. - Location, pool, kitchen 2nd bedroom, the beds are so small for adults. It was raining so we wanted to watch movies on the TV but no access. Also we couldn’t borrow DVDs from the reception as we weren’t under their umbrella.
• Kara (2/5): Room 108 - Not the Boathouse - The pool - Not worth the price! - Air con and wifi didn't work - Mattress was rock hard - Was given ONE toilet roll for a 2 bathroom, 3 people staying for 6 days - Had to drop and pick keys up from another suburb - Lady was rude picking keys up - Main bathroom had a funny smell

• Melissa (9/5): Great place book directly with The Boathouse - The boathouse was a beautiful quiet venue, we had a poolside unit. The unit was very well furnished and very comfortable. This relates to the unit 108 managed by Hawkes Nest Beach Real Estate. We were unable to get into our unit at 10.30 pm due to a second locked door for which there was no key. I rang the real estate agent with no answer I then rang boathouse management who was lovely and helped us gain entry into our apartment at around 11.39 pm. The real estate got in touch via text saying we gave you all the keys you need to get in. Which they admitted the next day they didn't. We will book next time through the boathouse directly.
• Soula (4/5): Disappointing - Resort Staff very friendly I like that you open the gate from ur balcony on Ur at the pool The washing machine leaked water. This is not managed by the resort but by a real estate agent, the resort has nothing to do with this apartment. Also, gate was left open and a group of young boys and girls that lived in the area were using the pool swearing and diving into the pools when there were little kids around when a mother asked the girls not to swear in front of her kids they told her off..

We will definitely be back! thank you - Perfect location! apartment was fabulous fully equipped comfy lounge nice big tv. You walk right out into the pool. Spacious and modern. We loved it! I would like to see softer pillows (but that’s just me)
• Mirna (7/5): loved it will be back again but hope they install a spa soon. - Loved that the apartment is right in front of the pool. we could stay in our apartment and watch the kids. Read the reviews it helped me decide what to take. Will come again. That the pool is not heated in summer as it was so cold I couldn’t swim and the kids only stayed in the pool for a while and that there was no spa. That it was far from everything to do or that there was nothing in the apartment that helped us know what’s around the area as we aren’t familiar with the area. Also no information on how to drop the key off to the real estate agent. Also there were was a karen in the complex about kids making noise in the pool in the middle of the day, not sure why they were just playing and it’s a holiday apartments and kids make noise.
