• えりこ (8/5): 船堀でコンクールがあり、近くに安い宿がとれずに利用したが、家族で利用するにはコスパ最高だった。 - 近くにスーパー、コインパーキングがあり、とても助かった。ファミリーで滞在するにはとてもよい。三階のテラスに行くまでが秘密基地みたいで大人も子どももわくわくした。洗濯機に乾燥機も助かったし、お風呂も湯舟があり、満足。 テレビがあるとニュースが見れてよい。吊り下げられたお玉などの調理器具に埃が溜まっているのと、入室したときの匂いが海外の方が使う香水、寝具にも体臭が残っており、清潔面が気になった。

• ISHIBASHI (8/5): ディズニーランド、浅草、スカイツリー観光に最適 - 急な要望を快くお聞き入れいただけたので、日程を変更することなく、楽しくすごすことができました。テレビはありませんが、備え付けのトランプでとても盛り上がりました。 玄関が60センチ位の民家と民家の隙間を通るので見落とさないように注意が必要です。 間取りや設備は年期が入っていますが、使用するには全く問題なかったです。

• B (10/5): Exceptional - Very comfortable place in an awesome location. Heating was amazing as it was so cold some of the days we stayed. The place was clean and had everything we needed for the stay. Not too far to walk to get to Shin-Koiwa station or the Keisei line and the walks were so nice. Comfortable bedding. The rooftop terrace was lovely to sit at in the daytime and soak up some sun. Late one night the door keypad wasn't working and the host was there extremely quickly to fix it for us, he was so lovely and a very helpful host.
