• Nicole (9/5): Great stay, perfectly located close to everything and the apartment includes all of your basic needs with a great street - Very Clean and spacious The stairwell had a really old musk-like smell. While not idea, it was still ok since it did not transfer inside actual property.

• Stuart (10/5): An excellent apartment and we would have no hesitation over booking this again for our next visit. - It is a spacious apartment with south facing front aspect where the main living and bedroom is located with a nice view of a lovely Georgian street, which was not too busy at night. The first floor level was easy to access via a wide staircase. The three bathrooms made life easy for our family and there was plenty of wardrobe space. The coffee machine and complimentary coffee capsules were appreciated and enjoyed. There was nothing which we did not like.

Logement idéalement situé : à proximité du centre, d'une station de métro, beaucoup de commerces à proximité et calme. Nous avons pu joindre notre hôte sans aucun problème (personne charmante) Dommage il manque quelques ingrédients indispensables si l'on souhaite préparer un repas (sel, sucre, vinaigre...)

• Graham (8/5): Nice apartment in a good location. Could be so much nicer for the price . - Comfy beds. Wonderful location near shops pubs and the tube. Kitchen was good. Modern bathrooms. Very clean and spacious. Check in process was long and horribly complicated. Lots missing from kitchen such as knives, mugs, glasses etc. Water in showers was difficult to control and was either scorching or icy cold. Insufficient sockets in bedrooms. WiFi did not work. Needs curtains in bedrooms as there are only blinds currently. Only one hair dryer to share between 8 people.

We waren hier niet over geïnformeerd en toen we de host hierover belde werd er niet opgenomen en we zijn er niet over terug gebeld. Er waren weinig kopjes. En we miste een broodmes en schaar

Manque global d’ustensiles de cuisine et le canapé lit à vraime - Le logement est suffisamment grand, relativement propre et très bien placé Le gros défaut c’est le manque d’ustensiles de cuisine. Il n’y a pas assez de couverts, d’assiette, de tasses, de bols, et de verres. Mauvaise literie sur le canapé lit
• philip (6/5): Good value but apartmentt wouleed refurbishing to make you want to use it again. - The location was decent and the apartment was spacious. Price good compared to other options. Basic furnishings, some quite worn/broken e.g. blinds and curtains. Internet didnt work after first day. Sockets hanging off wall in bedroom and fire alarms not active. No walk-in showers.
• Stuart (9/5): Great location, spacious flat - Location was great and having three bathrooms was great for our group. Only fault was that outside steps were very slippery when wet and one of our group had a nasty fall.
• charques (8/5): A very cozy and comfortable stay, with just a few details to improve. - Amazing stay! We were very comfortable — the place was super cozy and perfect for all of us. Communication with the host was smooth and easy, and the Russell Square underground station was right next to the apartment, which made it perfect for moving around the city. We really enjoyed our stay. There were just a few small things to improve. We noticed that some basic kitchen utensils were missing, such as scissors and teaspoons. There was also no dish sponge at first — we eventually found one inside a wardrobe in one of the bedrooms. Additionally, we found a small plastic cap and a folded towel inside one of the beds. Some of the curtains were also not in the best condition. Nothing major, but worth mentioning.

• Yehezkel (9/5): Very comfortable apartment for families - The apartment was very comfortable. It seemed like the picture - that was great. We got it very clean. We felt NEAR the center. Somehow we had to walk 20 minutes every time even when we had to take the Underground. There is a nearby station which was totally good-for-nothing.

• chris (8/5): Beautiful spacious apartment, fabulous location. Would be perfect with adequate kitchen equipment. - The location is excellent. The apartment is very spacious. Having three comfortable bedrooms and three bathrooms was great for what we needed. Inadequate kitchen equipment. There were not enough glasses for four of us (plenty of champagne flutes but only 3 tall glasses and 2 small tumblers). This would certainly inadequate if the apartment was at full capacity. There were only 4 coffee mugs. There are no kitchen knives (only cutlery knives) it wasn't easy to carve bread with a cutlery knife.

Um ambiente acolhedor e agradável, que trouxe muito bem-estar durante a estadia. Apenas uma chave para grupo, fazia com que sempre fosse deixado a chave no baú de chaves. As vezes esqueciam e isso trouxe dor de cabeça. Além disso o check out às 10 é um pouco cedo, mas entendo que é cultural da cidade.

• Mary (7/5): Centrally located in a nice building but lots of debris in the foyer and on the street out front.3 bedrooms and baths, b - Nice to have room to spread out more with 7 people just hotel rooms On a busy noisy street near the university and youth hostel. Apartment was generally nice but showing wear such as the drapery pulls not working properly, missing fire detector, ill equipped kitchen for basic dishes and cooking utensils
• Stephen (8/5): Great place to stay just fix the small issues to make it an excellent place to stay. - There were two issues with this property that could be easily resolved and make the stay a lot better. No bedside lamps in any of the bedrooms which meant you either had to leave the big light on to read or chill in bed or try and read with your phone torch which for the price and location of the flat was quite odd. There were vertical blinds on the windows which were damaged so you did not have complete privacy but also when the sun came up in the morning the room was fully illuminated making it difficult to sleep, A set of curtains is all that is needed and would be normal to have in any bedroom which would make the stay good..

Easy access to get in The kitchen had a broken kick board which was quite dirty behind. Water pressure low in showers.
• Terry (8/5): 3 bedroom/3 bathrooms, good location - We liked that there 3 bedroom and 3 bathrooms. The ad said “Single-room AC for quest accommodation “, there was no AC. I called the owner she said the ad was wrong and she would correct it, hopefully she did. She did bring us 2 fans at our request. The windows need black out curtains, the kids and us actually had a hard time going to sleep when it was so bright in the bedrooms.

• Leona (8/5): Location great. Apartment good size. So many basics missing for the price paid - Location. Apartment a good size for Central London Lacked a lot of basics - No teaspoons, No Kitchen basics, sharp knife, chopping board, cups for all, 5 only plates. Very few glasses No curtain but broken blinds and sun streaming in very early. One key only for 5 Adults. No soap in all bathroom sinks. 1 x Dishwasher tablet left. Some light bulbs not working. No bedside lamps. Check out unclear - 11.00am on Booking.com, notice in apartment saying 10.00am. One of the baths didn't have a nozzle to fill the bath (Shower head only).
• Emma (9/5): Lux but spenny - Really nice place, good location, spacious, clean. Tube, lovely pub, Pret & Tesco’s all within 2 mins. The price but you’ve got to pay to get that level in London.
• Rebecca (9/5): Perfect except for no curtains and blinds are gappy and barely there. - Really great location. Walked from Euston (10-15 mins) Covent Garden 20 mins. Soho 20 mins. Nice spacious apartment with 3 bathrooms. Property was clean, great communication with agent, absolutely no hassle at any step. The blinds/ curtains. So many comments on the reviews about the blinds - Just change them to some curtains!. An IKEA ceiling track is £20 and takes 10 minutes to install. Such a simple change would have prevented the 5am wake ups for us all. We come to London so often and would book this place on a regular basis if there were curtains.
• Samie (10/5): Exceptional - Plenty of space for a large family to stay in. Beds were comfy and quiet. The location next to the Russell Square tube station made getting around the city a breeze.
• José (7/5): I liked the accommodation but the aspects you mentioned that I didn't like would make me not choose it for a future - Location. Bright, spacious house with good hygiene. The windows do not have blackouts to keep out the sun that rises at 4:45 in the morning. The lack of blackouts on the windows makes it difficult to rest. There are no lights on the bedside tables in the bedrooms. This means that we have to use the overhead light at night, which is unpleasant for the other person who is sleeping.
• Douglas (10/5): Amazing Stay in Bloomsbury - Such an amazing flat! So comfortable and spacious. We were a group of 4 people - my wife and I with our niece and nephew. This flat was perfect for us - everyone had their own room and two of the rooms had an en suite with the third bathroom in the hallway. The apartment was super clean when we arrived and we had no issues during our stay. I reached out to the host prior to our trip about leaving our bags before checkin and they replied right away that it was fine to do that. The kitchen is well equipped with a full refrigerator if you are looking to cook - we ate out each night but had leftovers one night. Great location with several pubs within short walking distance - highly recommend the Friend at Hand right around the corner - and the Fortitude bakery is not to be missed. This is an amazing place to stay if you are traveling with a group. The curtains in the first and second bedrooms could be replaced with a heavier curtain like the third bedroom - the room gets bright with the morning light. Though there was plenty of space in the freezer there were no ice cube trays, which was not a deal breaker as we bought ice at a local tabac.

Only 1 key is not enough for such a big group Bins on pavement just right outside the flat doesn’t look good
• Jessica (5/5): Great location, questionable cleanliness. - Great location, very close to tube station, restaurants, nice area. Flat is spacious. Flat was not very clean. There are stains on all the carpets as well as the furniture. Mold in one of the bathrooms, dust collected in corners and crevices. Blinds broken/tangled up so rooms were very bright at the first sign of daylight. As others previously mentioned, the kitchen amenities could be better, no kitchen knives, no cutting board. Floors in a couple of the rooms are uneven. I also was not very happy with check in/out situation. I emailed the day before to ask for an early check in as we were arriving in London at 1 pm. Not only was the early checking not available but I was told we could not enter the flat before 5pm due to the cleaning crew, 2 hours after the advertised time on booking. On departure, our flight out of London was later in the day so I felt it fair to ask for 2 hours post check out time, I sent the request a couple of days prior. This request was also denied on the basis the that cleaning crew was already scheduled and I was asked to promptly vacate by 11am. To add insult to injury, cleaner showed up at the flat at 10:40.
• Sue (8/5): A lovely spacious apartment in a great location. - It’s a lovely light spacious property in a great location with good facilities. Only a few minor criticisms eg shower water temperature was far too hot in all bathrooms with no advice about how to resolve this. Lock on bedroom door (to the right of the main living area) broken + mirror light still not working despite me highlighting this after our last visit in October 2024.
• Gael (8/5): Good location for a short stay. - Well located with easy access to tube, mainland rail and shopping facilities As with other reviews bedside lights in the bedrooms would be great. Better blinds in bedroom 2 and 3 would be advised as the bedrooms were very light. This was not so much of an issue as we were there in winter but in summer I could see you having difficulty sleeping.
• Pamela (9/5): Welcoming, comfortable and great location. - The location is great and very close to the Tube Station. Easy to get to, the apartment was very spacious and clean and very warm as we arrived on an extremely wet and cold day. Would definitely come back again and would recommend to friends. Can't really fault anything.
• Chris (4/5): It’s mediocre but in a nice area - It’s in a very nice area and has 3 bed and 3 bath It’s just clearly a soulless corporate accommodation without a concierge… the living room isn’t that clean, there are flies everywhere, the interior design isn’t good, there were stains all over the couch. If you have a family and just absolutely need somewhere then I get it but if you don’t have to to just stay at a hotel.

• Julia (8/5): Big, bright, clean and lovely, with a few improvements needed. - This apartment was bright, very clean, very silent, recently renovated and bigger than expected by the photos. Two bedrooms had their own bathroom. Heating worked great. There is a toaster, a Nespresso coffee machine and a boiler. The help desk responded immediately to a phone call. The key is always left in a box outside the apartment, so it´s as if everybody had one. There is a 24h supermarket and Russell Sq subway station 3 mins walk away. A lovely pub 2 mins away. Several coffee shops and restaurants also nearby. A few things to improve are that there were no basics, except for dish soap and 5 coffee pods (no dishwasher soap, no salt, etc), glasses were of random shapes and not enough dishes. rooms have no reading lamps. For the price we paid it was great, although this price is now much higher.

The beds were so comfortable too. Would recommend and hopefully we will return next time we are in London. No mirror in 3rd bedroom and a bedside light would also be helpful.

Situated in a very convenient location with shops, cafes and underground station nearby. A bedside table and lamp would have been great.
