• Roberto Guillermo (9/5): Buena relación precio calidad - La cantidad de placares, cajones y lugares donde acomodar la ropa y el calzado. Los ambientes amplios, la cercanía a la playa y la ausencia de vecinos barulleros o molestos. También la cercanía con supermercados, restaurantes y farmacias Para mi gusto hay un exceso de muebles que tiene valor decorativo pero escasa utilidad practica y a veces llegan a entorpecer la circulación dentro del inmueble
• luis (10/5): - Es la segunda ves que nos alojamos ahí la verdad ningún problema no te molesta nadie es como si estuvieras en tu casa genial el departamento comodo salís a afuera y tenés supermercado y farmacia a 20 metros excelente la ubicación
• Deny (9/5): Great location, safe, clean - Only two blocks from the beach and 24hr security. Plenty of room in the apartment! AND two bathrooms. One of the bathrooms’ shower didn’t have hot water so we only used the large bathroom. The large bathroom’s drain was clogged so if you took a shower longer than 15 mins it would spill over the edge. So we could only shower in one bathroom and we had to turn off the water half way through the shower to allow drainage.
• Christiane (3/5): Wir kommen nicht wieder. Das Apartment benötigt dringend eine totale Restauration. - Die Lage ist echt gut. Die Portier waren immer sehr hilfsbereit und nett Die Möbeln sind in die Jahre gekommen, die Sanitäre Einrichtung teilweise defekt. Die Einzelbetten sind viel zu weich und unbequem. Das Schlafsofa war in einer katastrophalen Zustand. Nur das Doppel Bett war ok. Es dauerte lange bis das Personal auf Nachrichten antwortete.

• Elena (8/5): Good. Love the place, but it lacks cleanliness - The location is superb, in one of my favorite streets in Copacabana, near everything I may need. The security personnel at the lobby was very nice and professional The property has not been cleaned when we arrived. It didn’t have the bedsheets even to make the bed, no towels, the bathroom trashcans were full. The property manager was contacted and someone left the bedsheets and towels when we were out (with our permission), but didn’t clean the apartment
• Elrik (10/5): Tirando esses pequenos detalhes vale muito a pena!! - Tudo perto, farmácia, padaria, supermercado, restaurante e praia, tem tudo no ap bem funcional, louças, panelas tudo! Tem edredons bons! Cama de casal boa, a do outro quarto que são duas uma é boa outra nem tanto, mais muito bom o custo benefício! O prédio em si é antigo, e o fato de ser numa av principal é bem barulhento, e a claridade nos quartos!!

• Wienne (8/5): - Estaba cómodo pero no me encantó. La plancha de ropa estaba dañada, la ocupaba y nunca la trajeron. Sugiero más atención a la actualización de los detalles a pesar de que entiendo que quieren mantener un estilo antiguo. P0pp0
• José Adolfo (7/5): muy bueno - la ubicación es excelente y muy bien todas las instalaciones dijeron que nos traían el equipaje desde su oficina porque llegamos antes al check-in y después no nos lo trajeron así que tuvimos que ir y volver (es bastante lejos)
• Emmanuel (10/5): - La ubicación fue excelente y el departamento muy lindo. Muy confortable todo y excelente atención del propietario. Recomendado Que no tenga sombrilla y reposera para llevar a la playa
