• Eva (4/5): Gute Lage, sauberes und ruhiges Apartment. Absolut mangelhafte Ausstattung. Kühlschrank viel zu laut - Die Lage und das Apartment ist sauber. Viel zu wenig Geschirr, kein schneidendes Messer, keine Schüssel für Salat-ein unzureichendes zusammengewürfeltes Geschirr. Keine Teekanne- Billige Kücheneinrichtung, heißt Türe schließen schlecht. Keine Geschirrhandtücher, Kühlschrank sehr laut, stört total beim Schlafen. Toilettendeckel defekt. Die Beschreibung , wie man in das Apartment kommt, könnte klarer sein. War kompliziert.

• ROCIO (10/5): Excelente - El alojamiento está muy bien ubicado para visitar Milán y descansar en una zona tranquila, el mobiliario del apartamento está nuevo , las camas son muy cómodas y el apartamento es muy acogedor. Tras hablar con la dueña nos facilitó entrar más tarde del horario establecido, ya que nuestro avión llegaba tarde. Del apartamento nos gustó todo, por decir algo sería el ruido que hacen al tirar el vidrio en la basura comunitaria, ya que algunos lo hacen temprano.

• vasiliki (8/5): - The room is very nice, clean and comfortable. The location also for me was very convenient. I was an exhibitor at White Milano and I had to carry 3 suitcases of a total weight of 60 kgs. I had to bring them on the 1st floor by the stairs as the elevator was locked for this apartment. I asked for a late checkout and the refused, I can understand that, but when I asked where I could leave my big luggage as I had an evening flight, they recommended to me lockers. Can you imagine me with 60 kgs after 4 days at the exhibition standing on my feet to roam around searching for a locker !!!! This is the reason why I don't like Airbnbs they don't have service, and for business travelers, they are not convenient.

• Irina (10/5): Excelent, la 10’ de centru. - Interiorul apartamentului era foarte curat. Patul comod iar lenjeria si prosoapele noi și de calitate. Bucătăria era dotată cu toate ustensilele necesare. Pentru 2 persoane era suficient de spațios. Mi a placut totul.

• Eleanor (6/5): We enjoyed our stay and although we had an issue with the lock once that was fixed and we could use the keypad it was ve - Lovely, clean, modern apartment. There was an issue with the lock when we arrived and although we had been notified and sent video instructions, the lock was very complex to open initially. After unlocking and locking a few times it was easy but when we first got there hot and tired it was stressful.

The only issue with the apartment was a broken kitchen tap, which wasn’t a big problem, so we didn’t report it. However, after returning from a day out, we found it had been fixed. This made us think someone had entered the apartment without informing us, which later made us feel uncomfortable and unsafe.

• Cindy (10/5): Comfy stay in a great neighborhood of Milan - The best location - close to the canals and restaurants plus metro and buses and in the fashion area so cute shops. The apartment was so comfortable - they thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable - bonus was the most comfortable beds and bedding! Stairs to carry your luggage up - would have been nice to use the elevator (just 1 flight so it is manageable).

• Ferenc (2/5): The most hypocritical and untrustworthy host I've ever met. - All our cash and debit cards were stolen in Milano, so I couldn't even get cash during my vacation. I asked the host to give me a certain amount in cash if I first transfer the amount to his bank account. He promised that he would help, but he didn't pick up the phone or answer my messages only several hours later. He arranged the matter in such a way that we could not meet, so in the end, despite his promise, I was left there without any cash. The worst thing, if I didn't wait for him, according his promise, I could get cash by a different way, but so I missed that chance too. The most hypocritical and untrustworthy host I've met.
• Alice (8/5): Very good - Apartment was great. Super location and really quiet Very little information provided by the host. We had to prompt on a number of occasions for them to give us direction on how to arrive/ check in and find the keys.
• Anca (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely accommodation, modern, spotless clean. Comfortable beds and pillow with easy access to center city via means of transport. The neighbours upstairs were loud and on both nights we could here their non stop walking back and forth until 2 am. Such a shame really, as the accommodation was amazing (hence we gave 10/10 review) and could not truly enjoy it.
