Mold, forced relocation to a worse apartment with known construction noise, and no real resolutions ⸻ Our experience with this accommodation was seriously problematic from the beginning and remained unresolved. The originally booked apartment had visible mold, which is a clear hygiene and health issue and should not occur in accommodation offered to guests. Upon arrival, we were forced to relocate. At that point, it was late in the day and we were traveling with two small children (1 and 4 years old), so refusing and searching for alternative accommodation was not a realistic or safe option. We were moved to a different apartment that was clearly of lower quality than the one originally booked. What is particularly concerning is that in this replacement apartment there were ongoing construction works, and this was already known in advance, as evidenced by official notices posted on the doors. Despite this, we were placed there. As a result, we were exposed to significant construction noise, which made normal rest impossible and substantially affected the entire stay. The listing also mentioned a piano, which suggests it can be used. In reality, it was only decorative and not functional, which is misleading. The total price of the stay was approximately €780, while the compensation offered was only €50 (around 6%), which does not reflect the extent of the issues. The handling of the situation was prolonged and ineffective, and despite repeated communication, it did not lead to any adequate or fair resolution. This was not a minor inconvenience but a combination of hygiene issues, relocation to an inferior apartment, and knowingly placing guests into an environment with construction noise. Based on this experience, I would not choose this accommodation again and cannot consider the handling of the situation to have been responsible.

• Zuzana (10/5): Charming flat with great location - A well-equipped nicely decorated flat that is very centrally located. It is also quite spacious for a one bedroom, and the heating/ac unit worked good and fast. The sofa was also bigger and cuter than the one in the picture. My guess is that they recently replaced it but just haven’t updated the pictures yet. The bed was comfortable but the pillows weren’t. I reached out the following day and the support team were kind enough to send one of the comfiest pillows I ever slept on and they said they were in the process of permanently replacing the old type.

• Konstantin (6/5): Good location, but the basic, inexpensive things that create a feeling of coziness were missing. - Good location — close to the metro and several supermarkets in the surrounding area. The apartment has air conditioning. The staff were friendly and welcoming at both check-in and check-out. The kitchen furniture is quite worn. There was no hand soap in the toilets or kitchen, only two toilet paper rolls provided for a family staying five nights, and just one dishwasher tablet and one washing machine capsule. This is surprising, considering how inexpensive these items are compared to the overall cost of the accommodation. The bedroom lamps were falling off the wall in the middle of the night. It’s clear they had been repaired multiple times, but not properly.
• Ena (8/5): We had a great time, apartment was nice, good location, but pricey. - The place was very spacious for us, family of three.. Fully equiped kitchen, iron and ironing board, washing machine. Enough towels and sheets. Location is great, near all major atractions, near the bus and metro station. I loved the dark shades on the windows that allowed us a longer sleep in the morning :) In the builidng, there is a supermarket. Host greeted us and we payed the late check inn fee. Some coffee, sugar, olive oil samples were left for us to use. As well as dish soap and a detergent capsule, shower gel, conditioner and hand soap. My remark is that the bed in bedroom is not really comfortable and it could be a bit wider. We were staying for 5 nights and it would be much better if we had a better bed. Price was very high (cca 250e a night), and as much as I liked it I am not sure it is worth it. Also salt and pepper, and normal frying oil would be great addition to your welcome start package.
