- Joey (8/5): Disappointed in Customer Service - The property was ok, key was very confusing to pick up, and I think someone to meet you at the property at checkin would work a lot better. Andrea locked herself out of the property, the person on reception was very unhelpful and said that she needed to go back through the booking agent, who never asnwered the phone, We eventually had to get someone to drive to the office as there was no contact via the website or over the phone, very poor customer service.
- Lynette (5/5): Good distance to shopping and beaches which was good for our stay - Location was good Unit needed some repairs. Poor communication for check in. Poor was excellent
- Dean (2/5): For the amount of money paid it was terrible. - When we finally managed to actually get into the place after the hassle of trying to fill in the online form 4-5 times we walked in and the place looked lovely.
However, then we discovered many problems. 1. Sewer smell in bathroom and laundry was overwhelming. Therefore couldn’t use bathroom.
2. Ensuite basin blocked - couldn’t use ensuite basin.
3. Lock on ensuite door was falling apart.
4. Power sockets into wall in kitchen are hanging off the wall and are an electrical hazard especially to our children.
5. Washing machine leaking water into the hallway. Had to soak up the water with towels. It was that bad the washing machine had to be replaced.
6. Washing machine noise was horrendous (before replacement) and made our stay unbearable. The washing machine was replaced on our last day.
7. Attitude from agent was abrupt and unpleasant.
The above are basic maintenance issues which obviously have not been attended to over time.
- Damien (8/5): Great location and kids had lots of fun in the pool. - Excellent facilities and location. The room was comfortable, spacious and clean. Perfect for our family of 4. There was some confusion when checking in and retrieving the keys, but thankfully the host sorted it out for us quickly.

- Stephen (10/5): Fabulous piece of heaven with a wonderful heated pool and spa - The property has an amazing heated to 32C and non heated pool and a cave like spa which was a hit.
The apartment itself was clean and tidy.
Location is close to the beach and/or Pacific Fair Shopping Centre and the tram/light rail if desired. The games room at the resort has closed with COVID and not reopening unfortunately
It is about a 15 minute walk to the main drag of Broadbeach shops and restaurants which isn't far but some with younger children may think so.
Far too many communications from the property manager - apparently a booking.com platform issue but it became frustrating and intrusive on a relaxing holiday.
