• Adam (9/5): Nagambie is a great spot for a short stay and this place is right in the middle of town. - The view and location were great including the infinity pool. The local residence in the complex are friendly too. The lack of WiFi, only because the mobile phone data feed in the area is very poor.

It absolutely exceeded my expectations considering all of the not so nice reviews. I definitely had a great experience at this place and with the host and I will absolutely be back! • Jan (5/5): A great spot to stop, but make sure you bring everything yourself. - Great town and region, great location, great apartment layout Lousy equipment and service by the manager. Access details were not provided until I chased them up, The fridge didnt work, the bedside light had a blown globe, 2 tea bags for a booking for 4 people, waste bins in the apartment had not been emptied and smelled, no hair dryer for either bathroom, no tissues inplace the and 2 pillow cases for 4 pillows. Obviously the cleaner stuffed up, but at the price point we expected better. I rang to inform the manager of the fridge and light issues that would need to be rectified for the next guess, and his response was " send me an email and I'll look into it" , Lovely man- really interested in customer service.
• Jayne (8/5): Would stay again and in summer would be able to use the infinity pool and really enjoy - Location and space Booked a 2 bedroom and internal door locked on arrival so used as a studio and one bedroom next to each other . Host offered to drive 40 mins to unlock but weather not great and didn’t think it important enough but was disappointed
• Morris (4/5): The resort looked amazing but the apartment didn't meet our expectation - The location was great, central, easy to find and park the car. The resort looked good. We booked unit 15 at The Jetty as a two bedroom apartment and on arrival the rooms weren't connecting. We did contact Matt and luckily enough there was an external key to access the rooms separately but unfortunately our group of four where expecting to have an apartment environment. There were no bathroom amenities, ie tissues, shampoo or hairdryer. Booking an apartment via booking.com I would presume it has the same facilities and amenities as that of a motel room if not specified.
• Jeanne (9/5): Would definitely book here again. - We were very impressed with our room. So spacious and beautifully clean. Right in centre of town - fantastic location. Would have liked a view from our room of the lake.
