• Karel (10/5): Super good stay - A spacious property in a nice quiet neighborhood. Keeping quiet to respect the neighbors is essential here. The parking space is convenient, but like all others in the area it is tight. The staff is nice and responsive.

• Yin (10/5): - We were pleasantly surprised by the house—it’s decorated in a Spirited Away theme! The space is more than ample, and the transportation is very convenient. The host also contacted us promptly to confirm the arrival arrangements. It was a truly satisfying stay.

(6/5): - everything was as per the photos, location is great, parking space was too small so we had to pay for a parking lot elsewhere, house was spacious and clean but I would probably not book again as there seems to be some long term and ongoing issue with the neighbours....from the day you book you will receive many strick rules of conduct down to for example keeping the shutters down...not something you want to deal with on your holiday

• Stefan (2/5): Not great. - Sorry but not a lot. The car didn't fit in the parking space, the neighbours had an issue with the house being used as tourist accommodation so the windows could not be opened, it smelt like someone had been smoking in the building.
• Erik (7/5): Perfect for small groups that plan to stay most of their time outside and need a place to wind down afterwards. - Good location in a very cute part of town within 5 minutes of a metro station, all rooms are airconditioned. Our group of 6 was perfectly able to comfortably stay here. You’re not allowed to open the shutters thus no natural light in the building which feels a bit claustrofobie, and there is a heavy emphasis on not disturbing the neighbors which makes you feel a bit less “free” in doing whatever you want.

• Yuuma (8/5): ルールを守れば安心、快適でした。 - 家族4人で快適に過ごせました。 ワンボックスカーで行くと、実質、施設の駐車場が利用出来ませんでした。自分の運転技術がないだけかもしれませんが、、、。 あと、騒がしくする利用者がいるのでしょうが、民宿反対の張り紙が怖く感じました。
• Ren (8/5): リーズナブルで使いやすい民泊宿 - 6人で利用しましたが就寝スペースがたっぷり用意されていて大変快適でした。清掃も綺麗にされており、洗濯も可能で、夏で予想以上に服を必要としたので非常に助かりました。 良くなかったというか、仕方のないことなのかもしれませんが、周辺には民泊反対の方が多いようでプラカードが路地に貼られていて少し怖い感じがしました。おそらく騒がしいなどのトラブルがあったのかもしれませんが、宿泊者がルールを守って使用すれば特に問題はないかと思います。あと、駐車場は本当に狭かったですが、コンパクトカーか軽自動車ならよいと思います。そこに行くまでの路地もかなり狭いです。私は車が入れられませんでしたので、一番近くの駐車場を利用しましたが、24時間で1200円なので許容範囲だと思いました。
• Aleksey (10/5): Exceptional - We stayed in this house with our large family (9 people). There was enough space for everyone. The house is modern and equipped with everything you need (there is a washing machine and it works), the house has 3 floors. We liked the location, as you can walk to Osaka Castle and the subway very quickly. The hosts were very kind and allowed us to leave our suitcases before we checked in.
